Hentai World Online!(MMORPG In development)

Gotta speed write ( I have to go somewhere now)

As the title says I am making an MMORPG featuring...well hentai within the game. Mind you this will take months,maybe even a year to finish since I plan on putting in a F*** Load of stuff (Town pillaging, monster rape, brothels, loads of side quests) basically its gonna have lots of options and hentai events.

This game will have a main evil, so yeah there will be a main quest you can follow.


Nothing much else to say, I want to know your opinions (If I should continue with this or not) and suggestions (As to how to make this game better)

PSS: I aint a noob when it comes to game programming so yeah note, I will tackle this development seriously.

First thing that came to mind when I saw the pic was some ragnarok online mod that had porn sprites in it. I always reserve final judgment on a game until I get the full build in front of me, but I will say that what I saw does not seem like something that will amount to more than a giant waste of time.

MMO games as a whole need to be open ended, so that once someone is "done" with the story there is still something to keep the player interested in the game. The easiest way in which this is done for most games is having some manner of pvp element. I have had a combat system in mind for something like this for a long time, and damnit if I would have had the ability to make it materialize in any way I would have.

I wont stop you from making it. I am merely warning you of the pitfalls that you are almost certainly going to encounter at the basic level.

If this is to be a "MMO" then in my opinion pvp is a must.

Personally I don't like PvP, especially if it's forced on players, so if you do add it, make sure that players won't have to participate.

Though to be honest, I'm more than a little skeptical about your chances of creating anything playable. Making an MMO is an order of magnitude more complex than making a single-player game.

Well yeah i would put a system where each party would need to accept and I know but i will try my hardest + i have a team thats working with me

Well its not rape if you yell suprise right? I prefer to be able to gank people, but then imposing a penalty for killing someone without their consent is a good idea. If it is more of a duel in that both players are battling consentually whatever happens happens. That should be the basics of pvp 101 class. Of course what you choose to do with it is your choice as a developer.

Thats a good idea, you can attack without consent but receive a penalty.

No it's not. At least, you should have the possibility of disabling PvP all together, if that's an option.

That too! So how bout this

There is gonna be PVP

You can attack other players at will

but you can disable the option so that doesnt happen?

I've always thought that being able to disable the ability to be attacked other players was the perfect solution to this type of thing. If they don't want to PvP, they can disable the ability for other players attack them. If they're fine with PvP, they leave it enabled.

Assuming there are areas/zones in the game you make zones where someone can play the game and not have to ever enter into an area where they are subjected to any form of "forced" pvp. So in that respect if they choose not to want to be involved with pvp then so be it, those who want to be involved in pvp can go into the pvp zones and have it their way as well.

Thats a simple one to solve.

Sooo which solution is better?

Everywhere is PVP but you have the option of disabling it? or There is specific places for forced PVP?

How many different classes are we talking about?

I have 2 classes already made (Warrior and magician)

But I want to add in 2 more. ( Cleric and Martial Artist)

So in total ,for now, 4 (Unless someone has suggestions for other classes)


As for the smut I would need in the form of CG and sprite @_@

What quality or resolution sprites/Facesets are we talking about?

Could we get an example of what would be the barest needed, baseline, bottom of the barrel requirement... So that we could work our way up from there...
