Oh there's quite a bit of fun you can have with "dumb things with mouths" and as others have pointed out, the niche is rather sparse.
From my own attempts to design h-games at a theoretical level it can be a bit difficult to brainstorm a bunch of decent stuff in a short period of time. You might want to consider looking around a bit on websites like gelbooru. Tag combinations like "plant" and "penis_milking" might throw some interesting ideas here and there.
Sometimes you can de-anthro pre-existing monsters. Take the roper girl from Monster Girl Quest. Remove the girl part and keep a roper monster covered with vaginas or something like that.
If you're feeling really adventurous and want to expand the game down the road, try a tentacle boss that will hot-swap tentacles after each successive ejaculation. The sequence resets after each escape (I forget if that's gonna be a thing) so the only way to experience the whole sequence is to pretty much let it use them one after another until it empties out your HP. (You could use the dick-meter for this. Use the dick-meter to do an x-ray effect. While the dick-tentacles may look the same as sprites you can have one with bumps, one that's just plain tight and ridged, another that's more of a milking machine, another with a giant inner tongue, yet another that has lots of other smaller tentacles, and any other bizarre and twisted idea you come across.)
