the pink egg like thing? if it is it,you get by fighting a mid-boss loke monster-ghost-spirit in the realm of the dead (i dont know if thats the name), some pages back theres a explanation but basicaly you enter in it throught the map where the Fairy Queen is (the area before the fairy queen if i am not mistaken is a tree, the fairy queen is in the right, if you click the apparently empty space in hte left of the tree you will be able to enter the "realm of the dead")

It's like a challenge or survival mode - see how far you can get before you go down. Also drives home the fact that, yeah, humanity is pretty much fucked if Feena doesn't save their asses.

Really? I kept figting fo a long time, used up all of my healing items and just gave up.

I just managed to beat the game...but with cheat engine.
Did anybody managed to beat the game without cheating? I'm curious at what your setup was: class, equipment. etc...
I used the Queen class almost for the entire game but I found out when I leveled up to level 80 with CE that I got about 1 HP per level and that the monsters got stronger as I levelled up. The last boss had 999 HP. I guess someone should use the knight or mage class to boost up HP and MP as level goes up.

I used the prostitute? class, where you regain HP/MP every time you orgasm, made it pretty easy

i'm using nun job (hp recovered from heal doubled)
for the equipment, i'm using only equipment that doesn't decrease my stat
for weapon i'm using silver sword, it increase attack and magic by 4 point and have holy attribute, good for last boss and undead/demon enemies
for strategy i just spam the 2-3 simultaneous attack skill, but leaving 2 mp for heal, when battle against boss you could run away resulting the boss hp decreased considerably, you could give up at 2nd battle, but to proceed to 3rd battle you need at least 60 purity, the 3rd battle boss health are lower than 500 or 300 i forgot and feena get last-boss-fight-only buff that nearly double her hp mp and stat

I actually beat the final boss's first form (all 999 HP) by being a lvl 18 Knight (+defense class).
I used all the +Def "knight-like" items (Armor, Helmet, Leather Stockings, Silver Sword, original short-skirt from the beginning of the game). The key was extreme-spamming of the "defense" button. Whenever the final boss used lightning, it'd only do 5 dmg, and whenever the final boss did the "5x multi-strike" attack, it'd only do 1 to 2 dmg per strike. Regular strikes did between 0 and 1 dmg.
Of course, if I got impatient and aggressively attacked, the boss would basically one-hit KO me. So most of the time was spent spamming the "defend" button. The very very little damage you take is easily auto-healed off as the goddess heals you. The boss eventually starts raping you, but that only gives you the ability to cast lightning (after a few iterations anyway). It also depletes the final boss's MP pool. So just spam defend until the boss falls asleep to the rape, and smack him afterwards. (Use the 3MP spell to reliably untangle yourself from the tentacles if necessary)
If the Boss's MP is low enough that I know its safe (below 5 was my heuristic), I'd start striking him with the sword for ~3 to 5 dmg. If the boss's MP Pool is close to zero AND I have the 8 MP needed to cast lightning, I'd cast lightning for some 30 dmg. The only tricky thing was that lvl 18 Knight only has 15 MP, so I needed 3 turns: Cast Lightning, then I used the super "all heal" item, and then I cast lightning again.
Be sure to save up the "All heal" item btw, it gives you max HP, max MP, and max LUK, recovers all your clothes and removes you from any status condition. There are only so many of those in the game however, so be sure to save them.
The rest of the damage was from the goddess auto-attacking. Just sitting around defending is enough, because the Goddess is going to heal you and auto-attack the boss for some damage. Goddess also has a few spells that will deal 20+ dmg to the boss in one hit (even when the boss has +defense spell up)
Managed to kill the final boss with 999 HP, all it does is make the boss angry and auto-kills you. But at that point, the "2nd fight" has the boss at only 50 HP, and it was pretty easy to just cast lightning twice without dying at that point. (both strikes did 30 DMG).
Knight didn't seem like that good of a class for most of the game. Most of the damage was from the goddess assisting you, but I know this strategy is basically foolproof. It just takes a long time. But nonetheless, if you want the Below-40 ending, you're gonna have to do this. (You need 60 Holy to transform into "uber mode").
I have yet to beat the "final final" boss of the Below-40 ending however. I'm planning on just going through the "New Game+", level up a bit more and then maybe attempt the Below-40 ending after a 2nd iteration.
Note: the point of the "sex items" is to increase your MP outside of battle. If you click on Feena's breast or Crotch while vibrator is equipped, she gets +1 MP about half the time. This is after last bost 1st form kill that has 999 hp. picture from first game (lv 15) first try, I dunno but the blonde partner (dunno her name) always keep safe by healing when Feena about 1/2 of her maximum hp. I'm using title that increase normal atk power by 20%, and spamming 2 mp skill that deal 1.5x damage (since my max mp suck), and using elixir when on critical condition.

I actually did a virgin run but I think I messed it up when I defeated the female demon in the fort, got some new equipment so I tried it on without bothering to translate anything about it first.
Turns out it was some sort of dildo panties wich I didnt want to keep useing but I noticed quite a while afterwards that when she got raped it no longer seemed she was a virgin.... Got the +90 faith or whatever ending where you offer to take over as the "sacrifice" but end up not having to. I assumed that was the good ending seeing as the score gets higher when you do something good in the world but I dont know for sure, going to play it again some time in new game + and not be such a prude!
Oh, forgot to add that I mainly went with the Adventurer/mage classes and mage items but sometimes I had to use the swords. Not sure what I did wrong but even when I used the knight class and full armor and sword she only did 4-6 damage, sometimes 10. Even with that equipment the basic fire spell did 20-30 damage per shot for 3 mana, didnt see the point of not going with the spells at that point.

i know that i just not using them, and you could "break even" easier if you're using the blue pendant that decrease arousal by 50%
if your prostitute level above 1000 you could get +6 to +10 faith from church part time job and a minor short scene, the thing is its uses dice roll

I personally got pretty far with the slave class, since you keep half of your MP after climax with that one. The meat toilet one lets you live pretty much indefinitely but it's almost impossible to cast anything when she gets really sensitive, and it's almost entirely pointless against bosses (especially the queen bitch whatsherface that keeps whipping you while you're pinned).
Also, gotta say, the game is infinitely more difficult on a virgin run. Just the fact that you can't get enemy abilities by fucking them means you're going to be short a lot of spells for a good chunk of the game, unless you grind the fuck out of enemies for their essences. Pretty crazy.
