I've always just kept it in a hidden folder on my laptop.

Never anything fancy, only found once and they never let me hear the end of it so maybe I should have been more secure.

i have a folder filled with my 'treasure' buried in a deep and long directory, named the folder "law and constitution".
but then i discover lot of JP H-games won't work with long directory so i keep some of them on surface, more games come in and let it all over the place... some buried deep down, other literally just 2 folder away after 'local disk()'.
i once try to keep one of my games in my external drive (CM3D2 with ton of mods, up to 60GB, i don't have much left in this old potato), but then my external drive gone corrupted and everything is gone... now everything is in my internal drive, all of em. if by chance everything is gone, god wills it.
