I know i may have asked this before or someone may have asked, but i would like to know where i could find a helpful guide to making one of my own games, or where i could get started even. I like the way JSK makes there games. So, i'm wondering what program do they use, or how they make something like that.

I believe it was made in flash, so go look up tutorials. It's not something that's exactly easy to learn or explain. Game making in flash is something you need to figure out and piece together yourself from various tutorials, there isn't really just one book or tutorial that can teach you everything you need to know. This may also be the wrong forum for this kind of discussion.
