Right, Google says this is a .Net FrameWork error for Win7
You can try Run it as Admin or try Run it in Windows Compability Mode WinXP.
Check if you have installed every .Net Framework related Windows Update. Or just Google your Windows OS and try find the latest version for it.
Alternatively try this :

@archedio: damn that is a lot of open processes! xD
Try first running ITH (or ITHVNR) and AFTERWARDS the game.exe, and then it should appear at the top of your list (game.exe - yeah, I just think that since it probably was started earlier, you would have had to scroll down in the process list window to find the 'game.exe').

Just use ITH VNR.exe and TA.exe , the 3rd should be the game your hooking.
TA.exe is used for getting the translation.
ITH VNR.exe is used for getting the text from the game.
And last should be the game itself.

Translation Aggregator uses a range of online translation services and can translate from/to any language pair. I am not sure 100% if they support Latvian but I am fairly sure they do

I tried, did not work
ITH displays the text, but TA doesn't see it or doesn't want to translate.
With translation into other languages as well did not work.
I dont know why, but ITH + TA translate only jap games.
Can someone try to translate english game into any other language?

That's strange, it was working fine yesterday.
As of this morning I cannot get it to work.
After I attach the game and hit OK, nothing happens. I didn't do anything different so I don't understand why it would suddenly stop working.
