user-submit, in fact even the JP DLsite version also say the same thing.

Basically the author's just being a troll? His previous entry also had similarly short description.

Could also just be the maker not being too confident in this own game, or just being silly.

I recall seeing one of these before... the whole black/white artstyle is really unique. Never tried playing them I think.

His previous game was amazing. I couldn't get enough of the art style.

As for the description, perhaps it's a pun that was lost in translation?

Nope, it didn't lost in translation. He called this game kuso game, which means crappy game. Probably self-depreciation or lack of confidence for his game.

I think he says that it's a crap game because he didn't get what he wanted to get done and had to leave out some features. I remember reading something along those lines on his blog anyway.

I am not sure if there are any less obvious ones. All of his previous games have easily obtainable h-scenes.

If you don't understand Japanese, you really should use machine translation for this game. His games are almost impossible to understand without some sort of translator.
