If you had a very old version and updated you shouldn't reuse old folders other than savedata unless you know better. You must reinstall latest CMI and add the newest translation pack. Also add CMI difference module for the included fixes.Thanks for always keeping this updated!
Had a quick question, I have an older update version and just got the newest version as well as separate installs at the moment.
The older one has the dialog in English already, whereas the new install seems to be starting in Japanese and doing an auto translate for the same scenes. Afaik they both should be the Japanese versions of the game.
Is there a part of the install steps I may have missed? I did copy the folders from the old install over to the new install, but with no replacement of any files. Its been a while since I messed with the games, so just trying to see if I missed something.

I didn't release Modpacked yet because I still spend time debugging those models. I ported quite a lot of them but didn't test all of them (around 7 GB now). I also ported the body and face along with clothes, so it may have some bug in gameplay, can you help test those mods? how can I DM you?I guess you got two intimidating answers in a row so short answer is yes.
If you don't feel safe posting them here you can dm the links to me and I will integrate them in the next modpack release if you wish. I'll try to make presets if possible.
Ported bodies are useless in COM.
