SIM [KISS] Custom Order Maid 3D2 + Modpack R4.10 [JAP version][VJ013971]


Hi inlolzwetrust,

Thank you so much for the modpack. I did encounter an issue after installation however and my apologies in advance if my question was already answered - the mosaic seems to still appear despite me following your master guide by installing the latest modpack, used Noctsoul's AIO preset as recommended and the game launched perfectly fine. Also I did have the game linked with CM3d2 and DLCs installed. The game works fine with all the customizations for character creation but I just can't see the mosaic being removed and its preventing all the custom body tattoos from showing up on screen lol. Any thoughts?

Sounds like you should run the game as admin. Some plugins fail to initialize properly and write the config files due to limited permissions.
If you post a log from COM3D2x64_Data/output_log.txt it will provide more clues for what went wrong.

Did you run as admin as I asked?
upload the log file. I need to see what plugins are being loaded
Also I need a snip of these folders

Yep I did and it still didn't remove the mosaic lol
 
Use a vpn.
Maybe you have a browser extension that blocks the page
DLC are optional. It's up to you what to install depending on how old your installation/repack is.
You can't expect someone to reupload 100s of GB to mega. So no, there is no alternative to the torrent. Except maybe if I give you the directly.

A direct torrent link could come in handy and i would love that.

Hi, I can't access the link for the modpack R4.8. I decoded the paste from pastebin and got the link to cryptpad but I keep getting an error massege. I tried it multiple times and checked if I pasted it wrong but it still doesn't work. Does someone have a clue why it doesn't work? Or can someone please give me an alternative link?

Then type the base64 hash manually if the output link is corrupted. For some people copy pasting it will mess the encoding. No idea why.
If the link looks fine but the website doesn't load then either try at a later time or use a vpn if your isp blocks it. I recommend cloudflare warp. It's free and gets the job done.

I tried the vpn that I have aswell as warp but it still comes up with the same error. I also checked if the link changes after I paste it. Can I pm you the link on this site?

Solved this issue by using a different browser (microsoft edge)

While there hasn't been any game breaking or bug related problems that i've encountered along with pop up message appears in Japanese, i've noticed there's not much difference despite i've followed the guide since i didn't see any changes for the assets and personalities part.

The linking part is easy. See this post. You'll see in the cmd log window when CM3D2 arcs are loading. And you'll know that all items with a red-orange corner in the icon are linked CM3D2 items.
 
I am missing the CR Edit system data in the DLC checker, is it something that i need for the game to work with the modpack and where can i get it if so?

You don't need it. That's only for COM3D2.5 which doesn't even support mods.
 
Ty. Going to try to setup everything again as per the guide without downloading the newest update since the Plugin check just freezes after loading the personalities, waiting for like 30 minutes and still nothing.

it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to load everything unless you did something wrong or it loads from a crappy old hdd. Or even worse an external drive.
Install latest 2.xx update. That is mandatory for CMI to install and new dlc to work.
I've seen it take ages to load for some users and I have no idea why because the log says that everything loaded fine and there are no errors.
When you are done with the guide maybe you can upload a log file so I can check if everything works
You might need to run the game as admin depending on where you installed it. This detail is very important. If it doesn't have permissions to write config files I don't think it will even load. And if it does load then the plugins responsible for caching and fast loading won't load. This will result in the game running vanilla and everyone knows that it sucks at loading its own assets, let alone mods...
 
I'll try again later tonight, for the update its the top one which is 6GB right? Do i need the bottom 3 compatibility patches too?
I'm on an ssd, will it generate a log without crashing though?

yes, the big one. No other patches needed. It's big because they merged the updates for COM3D2 and COM3D2.5 (aka 2.xx and 3.xx). You need to stay on 2.xx branch if you want to use mods.
It might crash on first launch because it needs to generate the cache assuming you have CMI installed with ShortStartLoader, ShortMenuVanillaDatabase and ShortMenuLoader. Don't panic and run again.
It almost always crashes when you change the install location and it needs to rewrite the entire cache again. But it will work eventually
 
I got an error trying to download the ENG translation from google. CMI downloaded fine but google said the translation had "http error" or something. The problem persisted even after I logged into my google account and tried both downloading, and copying to my drive.
