Providing full control of your pc to a random stranger is classified as one of the dumbest things you can do online.
I can give you some advice on discord or whatever but you'll have to do things on your own.

This is what I have installed on my KCES build regarding the default personalities presets. Everything I installed should be available in the dlc list and official updates and patches. Don't ask which exact dlc has what you need because it's hard to tell.
personal_om003 files related to that kces dlc are dated from 2021 to 2023
First of all try installing these from the official kces update page

- Compatible Item Set Ver.1.4.1
As for that kaguya ayumu dlc I need a dress code or something to even begin looking for it. Does it even exist for KCES? I don't seem to have it.

I have everything else and both updates using the links you provided. but on the list and everywhere else the KCES version of Kaguya ayumu and one other dlc pack is missing.
These are the links to both dlcs, even I was surprised to see ayumu has a Kces version model... And I just can't stand not having that hair bun XDDDD

They were never shared if they even exist. It's possible that old personality packs are now distributed with kces compatible costumes but someone should check. I don't know anyone who collects kces stuff.
I might as well have the most complete collection but I can't even check what's missing because I didn't keep a record and don't follow the kces branch releases. KCES won't be of any any use until the next game anyway. KCES can use old hairs too if you have the games linked. It's not necessary to have the highpoly version.

Queen hair set should be in parts_oldplus011hair1.arc

I haven't actually verified but that's how the sample images are named in kces store and I can confirm it by searching on mods.meido.dev
So if you have these arcs in COM3D2\GameData\ you should be able to use the hairs in KCES.

That sucks. Then I wonder where did I get this information from? I could have sworn that all hairs work with the new edit mode. I don't have COM3D2.5 so I can't test. I installed it once before it got named 2.5 just to see what it looks like but almost immediately reverted to normal COM.

only a bunch of them work in new edit mode, lots of them don't. I think there should be a compatibility list on kces website pointing out which are compatible.
