without a dress code to look it up I can't tell which set is that
Edit: That is Dress194. It is a CM3D2 DLC. You need to link COM to CM in order to use it if you have Japanese version.

There's no translation of the story and scenes for the Japanese version? only MENU/HUD?

What does that even mean? Of course everything is translated. And if it's not then you are definitely doing something wrong.
I get that you didn't even install COM Modular Installer. That by itself installs Sugoi machine translation for just about everytning which is more than enough in most cases.
If you want to go into turbo autistic mode and want all the official translation then there's the translation module in the master guide from op.

custom maid ultimate 2024 already has all default presets. Why not just download the preset folder from it?

i played CM3D2 way back in the day and just did the 2024 ultimate pack install using your instructions, incredible stuff!
the only thing that isn't working is linking COM3D2 to CM3D2 through the setup, according to google translate it says something like "The specified folder does not contain install.exe or update.exe"
given i've never played COM3D2 before I don't think i have many plans to play CM3D2 at all so idk if that matters or not?
also i saw another comment of yours saying you'd be releasing modpack 4.10 sometime before Christmas? i haven't gone full on with the game yet cause i'd rather wait to get everything sorted with mods before diving in

Linking the two games should be the easiest step. Are you sure that you are pointing to the correct directory? The exact one where CM3D2.exe is? Normally if CM3D2 is installed and the registry is set up correctly COM3D2 will detect it and offer to link it automatically.
As much as I would like to release the modpack on schedule I simply do not have time for it. I'm extremely busy with work irl and by the looks of it I'll be working until xmas. I'll try to release it by the end of the year.

no rush at all for the mod pack
and looks like i was being dumb, i rechecked the instructions and was selecting the wrong option, i had just assumed the 'CM3D2' in the dropdown was what i wanted to click

This runs fine if you install it correctly. Read the readme to know where exactly to put the folders.
It says it requires Sybaris but I tested on BepInEx with SybarisLoader and it works with that too.
What are you going to do with just the presets if you don't have the mods installed? Presets won't display correctly without all the mod parts. They won't display correctly if you don't have some select plugins either. AddModSlider, LimitBreak, HighHeel, ShaderServant to name a few.

yeah i miss read the instructions myb thats why i deleted my question i did unzip the preset first should i have unzipped them together do i need to restart?
Edit: also i did the mistake of putting it into my download folder just in a sub folder and since i was too lazy to create a folder for it self i moved my folder with all my other h-games in turn probably messing up 500gb worth of blood sweat and tears

Hi downloaded the game (ultimate), followed the instructions, updated loaded CMI and the game has the mods in it like uncensor etc. My question is, are these mods in the picture already provided with the ultimate version or do I need to download them from elsewhere?

CMI only gives you LO MobChara body which is the default low poly replacement with LO shapekeys from KAAN. The rest are installed from modpack or if you want to get them from their original sources that's on you. Thing is you'll probably settle to 3 or 4 LO highpoly body variants that you'll actually use. The rest are either too old and were designed for some specific old mods or they are highly specialized LO highpoly body variants. The ones you need are LO HighHeel highpoly thicc body, LO bg2 by Bengtsu, LO RV body, and the original LO HiPoly body v2.12.1350 beta02. The rest are edits of the original with more specialized shapekeys or different purpose like xray womb, added hymen, etc.

Nothing special about them. I just reused existing mods.
Chris mods are very old. I didn't like the original high waist pants mod so I remade them from a dlc to be more accurate to the original character design.. The whole point was to have exposed navel. Maybe I'll rework the socks too because the blue lines are way too deformed for my liking.
