Did you download all parts first?
You need all 16 parts downloaded in the same location. Preferably not in Downloads because you will likely end up with read only folders and god knows what issues.
Then you use 7zip to extact the first part. Not winrar or whatever. Only 7zip will work with this split archive format.
And check the MD5 hashes. If they all match then nothing is corrupted. If one or more don't match then redownload that parts

Normally I install modpack first then let CMI overwrite but now CMI is older than your modpack so I'm not sure if this is a correct installation order now. Can you help me correct my order?
manual cleanup > delete Mod folder > apply modpack > update COM3D2 version > install DLC > install CMI > install CMI Difference module and translations

manual cleanup > delete Mod folder > apply modpack > update COM3D2 version > install DLC > install CMI > install CMI Difference module and translations
CMI does the cleanup when you reinstall it if you check that option but you can do it manually if you want
Don't delete Mod folder. Just the folders that overlap from the modpack. If you have your own mods you might want to keep those unless you have dupes. In that case it's cleaner to just remove everything and add your own mods later.
COM and dlc updates can be applied at any time but CMI will require latest update so it's best to update the game before anything.
Your order seems right. I might add
>install CMI > install CMI Difference module > delete [CMI] Uncensor > delete existing translation from CMI (i18nEx folder) > install my translation

CM3D2 mode is greyed out on my end.
I'm sure I linked it properly any suggestions?

I'm not sure what the requirements are. On a new save it's greyed out. On an old save it is clickable but says Not Available. That's just an atlas issue.

I believe you have to wait till the 4th day and also you have to have hired one of the CM3D2 personality's for that mode to work correctly

after a certain point you should get a sequence playing in the office about getting maids from other clubs or your previous club depending on what your playing as. Master of previous club or New Master

then you should be able to hire the rest of the maids in the game

Tsundere
Kuudere
Innocent
Yandere
Tomboy
Onee-Chan
Sadist

these will be the only personality's compatible with CM3D2 Management Mode

I downloaded the new modpack and noticed that there seems to be a problem with Aquas hair.

Modded hairs 99% of the time don't support color icons because they are missing the color textures. Only free color works.
No modder makes color textures because they are a waste of time and storage. At most we make the original color preset and a free color variant.
In your screenshot it says that it is trying to load black hair and no such textures exist for that hair.

Hi, first time trying this out.
I'm wondering if I need to fully follow 5.2. Step 1: CM3D2 INSTALLATION of the master guide, specifically the Legacy Meido's Modular Toolbox and CM3D2 English Translation pack, if I only intend to play COM3D2 (with the intention of linking to CM3D2 for extra content)

If you are wasting that much storage on it you might as well get it to work if you get curious one day. Otherwise you don't need to touch it at all.

Regarding the mod packs, only one is downloaded, the most current Modpack R4.10 or do I have to download the previous ones as well?

You only need the latest R4.10. I deleted all previous versions.
There's only an old torrent that was already reposted on a ton of shit sites. I should delete that too and let it die. But people will still find it so I won't bother. You can't kill a torrent unless everybody stops seeding.

Hi is there any late game updated game save file i can download, im too lazy to grind all the way up rn, just wanna see some scenes

Then use Cheat Menu and whatever scripts there are in CMI to unlock everything. Read the CMI documentation.
There's no such thing as a full save.

Stupid question: installing Legacy Meido's Modular Toolbox and CM3D2 English Translation pack will improve the translation if i play "CM3D2 Management Mode" from COM3D2? Or it will only affect if i play the standard CM3D2?

LMMT has nothing to do with COM.
It only provides google translate for CM.
You need the translation pack from the modpack guide. It also contains Sugoi XUAT translation for the CM part

Sorry, i didt get the last line. English is not my first language and i also dumb af. If I only plan to play COM I should ignore "CM3D2 English Translation pack", right? For COM i installed "[COM3D2_ENG_TRANSLATION]" from the Drive link in the "COM3D2 English Translation " section. This all started because I discovered that the "Not Available" button sent you to the CM menu and I remembered that in the guide there was a section dedicated to improving the translation of that game.

COM3D2_ENG_TRANSLATION has official i18nex english translation ported from eng version and the rest is Sugoi translation which is the next best thing. What is not included will be machine translated on the go by XUnityAutotranslator. XUAT can use a manual translation cache. So for the CM management mode you can add the XUAT translation cache from CM. That cache was already added in the translation pack so in theory it should translate the CM part in COM if correctly installed.
