I received a pm asking about the sets whatbloodtype posted earlier and I thought I should tell everyone this as well.
Both of those sets can still be found on the scarecrow's site.
The Birthday set already has the adult files available in it, it's how you play it that determines how to access them. For example, when you are in Pearl's house, give her the sketch pad and she will try to draw a portrait of you that represents your age and gender which are in order Child, Woman (Gives you access to the left side of her closet), and Man. Don't choose the child or you will be locked out of the adults only features.
If you choose the Man, do the following to have sex/use the dildo on her.
1. Put the candle on the cake and use the lighter to light the candle, give her the cake then turn the lights off
2. Greedy (that green monster with the heart shaped tail) will appear when you turn the lights back on and steal the cake causing Pearl to cry, he will then reappear with some red flowers, give them to Pearl to make her stop crying and unlock the ability to kiss her, then put the flowers in the vase
3. Use the kiss ability on her until a heart appears over her head signifying that she's fallen in love with you, this will cause the power in her house to go out. Repeat the attempts to kiss her until the power comes back on then do it a 3rd time to make her fall in love with you again
4. Use the wand (make sure you gave it to Pearl first to activate it's magical abilities) on the red flowers you put in the vase earlier to turn it into what I think is strawberry daiquiri and give it to her to drink so she becomes drunk then use the wand on the empty glass to turn it into a dildo
5. The creator of these games enforces safe sex so take the condom and scissors out of the bottom left shelves, use the scissors to cut open the condom and put it over the dildo (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE DILDO ON HER VAGINA WITHOUT THE CONDOM OR YOU WILL GET A GAME OVER!!!)
If you chose the woman, skip steps 1, 2 and 4 and open the left side of the closet which contains a heart, use the wand to turn it into a dildo.
