Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"T-This is just... so bizarre honey. I mean, I know you saw things differently than I did. But I thought you'd meant on a figurative level, not a literal one," Giselle replied, looking quite awed by the sights she was seeing at the moment.

Following Idris upstairs after getting her things together, and her clothes back on, Giselle looked around and saw the priestesses, along with Terra, all sitting there focusing. "Aye, let's go hon. If I have to, I'll kick Cammy's, and anyone else's ass that gets in our way. Nobody is going to take you from me while I have the strength to protect you," Giselle said, ready to go whenever Idris was, though not really understanding how they'd get to Kalt quickly.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Awwww, it's ok hun. And that's sweet, but... you know... try not to get ded. I'd be pretty upset to come back all whole and healthy and have no fiance... I'd be livid actually. Idris said, looking up at the sky and grinning. Ok, hold onto your trouser snake and tell your other snake to you know... not panic. Idris said, while Giselle's vision of the magic in the world faded away, Idris' using her concentration on something else rather then sharing, before they were swallowed by a bolt of lightning and to any bystanders, simply... ceased to be.

In reality, Idris and Giselle were now riding the power in the temples, the experience jarring and alarming as Idris, rather then summoning any kind of gate, or spell, had simply latched on to the energy she could control, and was using it to throw them along high through the clouds, literally riding the lightning towards the northern mountains at an incredible pace.

By the time it registed in Giselle's mind that it was really happening, they'd landed on a mountain shelf right in front of a shimmering white shard of Kylie who smiled warmly at them both. Hi Luna! Idris! GISELLE! Luna cried, rushing forward to hug Giselle with all her strength, actually starting to cry a little as she clung to the Siren.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"You wouldn't be the only one pissed off about it. I'd be mighty ticked as well, I think. And don't worry, I think he can hear you, and I'll hold onto my trouser snake, hmhm," Giselle said, giggling softly as her vision faded, then... Giselle felt quite odd.

Giselle couldn't help but yelp as the pair bolted through the air inside of a lightning bolt. It was a strange experience to say the least, Giselle thought to herself. When they landed, riding through the air literally on the lightning, Giselle stumbled a bit and fell to her knees, shuddering a bit. "Whew, that was... intense. And... oof, oh honey," Giselle said, standing up to dust herself off as Luna slammed into her and hugged her tightly. "It's alright sweetie. I'm here now, and I brought Idris to help talk to Kalt. I could feel her beginning to snap a bit, and I managed to persuade Ichor to switch out with her so that she could come and talk with Kalt," she went on to say, petting Luna on the head gently and kissing her on the cheek as she hugged her, motioning Sola over too so that she could give her a hug as well, and a kiss on the cheek as she felt her own eyes tearing up a bit.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Sola wasn't hard to pick out, she was a semi transparent shard like Luna was and she came over more calmly, smiling and kissing her back, everyone getting their hugs out before Giselle spotted Kalt, and everyone else stepped back.

Kalt was the strangest shard Giselle had seen and not because Hecate wasn't a little nom-monster. She was Fey, the body was stolen, or borrowed, it had to be and just looking at her made Giselle's stand on end and it had NOTHING to do with there being a shard hiding in there. The nature of whatever this fey was struck a chord so strongly in Giselle that she had to actively fight the urge to avert her eyes or bow. She was impossibly regal, stunningly beautiful, flawless. All except her eyes, and that was where Giselle could see Kalt. Those slitted black, solid blue eyes that peered at her, and Idris, with the only emotion Giselle had felt from her so far that wasn't hatred. She was standing in the entrance of a cavern and Sola and Luna gave Giselle a little push.

The emotion Giselle sensed wasn't hate, or anger, or jealousy. It was Fear. Giselle stood for the absolute antithesis of what Kalt was in Kylie's life, But she wasn't afraid of Giselle, far from it, Giselle could feel Kalt's emotions from miles and miles away as if she'd stood next to her this entire time. Now right in front of her, those emotions radiated in waves off of her, the energy she'd gathered was Gargantuan. She was Afraid for the Children, and for Giselle, and what losing either would mean not to Kylie as a whole, but to Idris.

Idris she gazed at with respect and love. But they were tempered, held in check and Giselle had to think that while Kylie had said she couldn't dance, these two had been dancing their entire lives with eachother. Hello Dearheart. I'm sorry, You know I never meant to leave you. Idris said softly, Kalt nodding before turning to Giselle. How.... How are we doing... Dad is dying... Mom is out to kill us. That Okami... I made him suffer for me. He wants to help us. He means it... we will need him. she said, seeming... very on edge, not sure what to do. All her mad confidence, all her insanity had faded in the face of Giselle actually standing in front of her. It was true, she was ready to break, she was ready to explode and dump all of that power in a wave that would desecrate the country in a cataclysm the world would never forget. But the other mind in that body was still there, and through Kalt, Giselle could feel her. She was old, impossibly old, and for the first time in a millennia, not alone. There was this strange and unique and oddly vulnerable soul resting with her that shared her rage, and she smiled at Giselle. An Alfar, the first Elves, the oldest children of the gods. No matter what happens my wave singer... Never forget this moment if you live on. You stand in front of the creature that sired every elven race that inhabits this world. Tidecaller whispered softly into her ear, pondering the woman Kalt was within.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Hugging Luna and then Sola close, and tight, Giselle kissed both on the cheek as best she could, before she looked up and saw Kalt. She could feel the raw power in Kalt, but that wasn't the strangest or scariest part about her. That was the fact that simply looking at her made Giselle want to kneel in reverence almost. This woman that Kalt was inside of, she was fey, and much more powerful than Giselle could ever hope to be, even with rediscovering her true nature as a siren.

When Sola and Luna gave her a nudge towards Kalt, Giselle walked forward proudly, with no fear in her heart, and smiled at her. When Kalt spoke to her, Giselle took another couple of strides forward and hugged her. "I've got Ichor and Aria in your main body, keeping it alive, and Gale's with it keeping it safe, and recovering from a gunshot wound from that Okami sniper that shot you," Giselle told Kalt, kissing her on the cheek, as she didn't want to possibly anger the old elven lady she was inside of, if she hadn't already that is with the hug. "And I want to tell you something, Kalt... please, just... calm down okay. The more on edge, the more worried, and the more you let things get to you, then the more of the whole You, we lose... at least I think so anyway," Giselle then told Kalt.

"Aye, I can feel the... well, I hate to say old, but there's no other word to really describe the woman she's inside of, save say... ancient. Either way though, she's really fucking old, and really powerful, hell even before I had you in here buddy, I think I could have been able to tell that much at least," Giselle thought back to Tidecaller.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Hate to say it but were you, the 'You' back on your home island, and this woman had approached, you'd have sung uncontrollably for her pleasure and wept at her feet. They hide now, no ill will for their children, but the humans... And the other races, they stare at a world they never wanted to change over run with races that were, to them at the time, nothing more then vermin or livestock. Humans were savages apes with nothing to offer, orcs were monsters. As they stood at the foot of the old gods and looked down with them on the lesser races. They are so few now, their culture existing only in the memories of the few still alive, and with the immortals who hold their memories of them as dear and precious things to be cherished. I would speak to this woman, as I'm sure she would speak with you. But Kalt, this shard, why is she sharing her body with her? Tidecaller mused while Kalt held herself strong and tall while Giselle answered, but she wanted to cry and scream and shout and destroy. She was held back by Giselle and Idris, by their words, and their presence, and by the woman holding her soul close comforting and protecting. And then Giselle heard the Alfar brush her mind with her own voice.

We used to keep creatures like your lover... as pets and confidants, sometimes as bedmates. Strong and Unique, and so fragile at times. This one is like glass, so quick to cut, but so easy to break. I had almost forgotten and she came to me. Sirens are born in threes. Will you share what you've found of your past, with your sisters Sweet Singer? she asked her, seeming... very... protective, of Kalt in her nostalgia, like she'd found a precious memory as Kalt had dropped into her lap. Her hatred of the humans below was undeniable, but there was no ill will in her for Giselle, or for Kylie and her various pieces.

Even our children are so few now in the face of the Filth's overwhelming ability to breed and swarm and consume. Even in our rage we understand that our time came and went, as does all things. Our gods were not your gods. But we speak with them all the same, as we do eachother. Made of magic and... humans, and the chaos, and the light. This one is beautifully crafted, and nature helped sculpt her, and love polished her to a shine. Would you see, had you the eyes for it, the true form of your love? Instead of the flesh the world has clothed her in? she asked, seeming very interested in the younger fey's thoughts and interests right now regarding Kylie. And then Giselle noticed it, while she was speaking, Kalt's eyes were alert and attentive, but everything else had frozen around them. Tyria wanted to speak. She's been... very kind to me.... I would...we would.. appreciate it, if you indulged her Giselle. If you could... please. Kalt said softly, seeming embarrassed about needing to ask Giselle for this while Giselle saw what Ichiro had seen before, as another Kalt split from the body of the woman, only her eyes were not blue, they were green without pupil or iris, simply a pair of emeralds staring at her, and a soft smile on her lips for what she saw likely as a great great grandchild.

We have the time, if you'd indulge me youngling. Kalt is my first visitor in many centuries. The wolfkin was interesting, earnest, brave, very brave, but I worry for his future. So ready to risk his life. And here you are, finally, another of our children to make the journey, mayhaps not your intention but here you are regardless. Tyria said softly, sitting crosslegged in the snow.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Mmm, I kind of understand buddy. I think, at least," Giselle replied to Tidecaller, nodding inwardly to him.

Then, she felt another mind brush across her own, and found that it was the Alfar woman, and Giselle almost felt... as if she was getting graced with the presence of royalty. "I... I don't mind, no," Giselle replied, until the Alfar went on and asked her what she did. "Y-Yeah, I'd love to see the true Kylie. But... I worry for her, because of what all is happening because of this whole debacle. And not all humans are bad. Some are very good, and kind people, and not as bad as you think they are. Though I won't deny that they can be a bit... over productive in terms of breeding and spreading like crazy," Giselle replied, knowing that she would never convince this woman, Tyria as Kalt called her, that not all humans were bad.

"And it's okay Kalt, I won't hold it against you or anything," Giselle told Kalt soothingly, as she took a seat herself. "So, what would you like to know first, miss Tyria? I've got a lot of stories to tell, and... maybe enough time to tell them all, maybe not. You asked about my sisters though, so I guess I can begin there. My sisters are Delilah and Tina. I'm the youngest of the three of us. Tina's the eldest, and obviously Delilah's the middle one. Big sis Tina is... freaking strong, physically I mean. I mean shit, she could probably pick up a tree and snap it over her knee if she got really pissed. And Kylie told me that a while back, that Tina hurled her across a large stream, while they searched for me," Giselle went on to ask, sharing a bit of information on her sisters as she sat there with the Alfar woman.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Of course there are shining lights within the masses, but they are few and far between considering the overall number of the species. It is not an acceptable ratio. And Your sisters... It sounds as if Tina found what you have found. Did you know all the old elves possessed such strength and speed? Our first children could reach forward and simply steal the life away from the lesser creatures. We were as gods to them in such a respect. But that strength and speed and intelligence faded as we did, as our gifts became dilluted once the hordes finally overwhelmed us. We did not breed often. Tyria answered smoothly, looking off into the distance.

Your poor soul is like us, she cannot forget. It is not metaphorical, but literal. As the years crawl it is a curse that no one understands. That time will never soften the injuries. But it will never fade those moments that are joyous either. Idris is Kalt's joy. But what of Delilah? Has she discovered an old gift as you two have? I'm sure Tina had to train long and hard to convince her body to finally yield such power. What of the middle Siren. If the Eldest possesses the body, and the youngest has found the voice. Perhaps Delilah's realm is the mind? Tyria asked, contemplating.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Well... I won't deny that there could stand to be more good humans. But I have friends that are human, and for a while, I thought that Kylie was a mere human with unnatural talent. And no, I didn't know that about elves. It's sad that your people aren't around as much anymore. You're very beautiful, and it would be a shame to lose that, and your people," Giselle replied, looking over to Idris, Luna, and Sola for a moment, before Tyria asked about Delilah. "I... don't know to be honest. I know that she's a very powerful mage, and she always says that she's got an ace up her sleeve and stuff, and Tina... she did train... a lot. So yeah, Delilah you might say has the mind as you put it. She's very smart, and knows all kinds of magics," she went on to say, looking a bit proud of her sisters.

"May I ask you something real quick, miss Tyria? If we manage to make it out of all this alive. Would you like to come with us, back to my home? Well, not our house specifically, unless you want. But if not, then there's plenty of places on the island that are out of the way. And even if you didn't want to live far away from others, Feynrial, where we live there, is very accepting of people. It doesn't matter what race, and none are discriminated against," Giselle asked Tyria when she had explained what she could about Delilah.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

It's not to be youngling. Did you feel it? The bloodcall? When you first saw me I felt it. We can't be around the other fey, the small folk burn out like little candles, those more directly related scream or cry or sing. They can't help it. We live in seclusion, me and mine that remain, because that is the fate that is given, not one we choose. Dragons were our only company for a time, and even they eventually forgot, as you had forgotten. No sweet singer, I will keep my vigil, as I have for a thousand years and watch the world. Perhaps in a thousand more I will still be here. Perhaps then the call will fade and I can walk among my legion children. she answered with a sorrow she had long since reconciled.

You are protected by the servant of a God, your blood does not sing, because he holds you firmly in your world. Tidecaller, hello King of the Deep Places. she said softly, the serpent sliding over Giselle's shoulder as a coil of water made from fallen snow, and he hissed in answer. Well met Old One. I am honored you know me. he hissed softly, dipping his head, and she smiled brightly. Keep her close, such a love is a rare thing, a precious thing to weather all tides and torrents. As my lady bid me, so I shall see it done.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"I... don't know what to say to that. I mean... Delilah's got a dragon for a lover, but he's not overly old really, I don't think, relatively speaking for dragons I mean," Giselle replied, looking a little saddened by what Tyria had said, but not trying to push the issue for now.

When Tyria spoke to Tidecaller though and he rose up from her shoulder, Giselle gasped a bit and stared a bit between the two. "I didn't know that you could see, or feel him there. A-Anyway, miss Tyria... is there anything else you'd like to ask me, about my sisters, or myself?" Giselle said after a few moments, glancing at her, and then to Tidecaller again, whom she smiled at a bit.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Tidecaller kissed her cheek with his long serpentine tongue before sliding back into hiding while Tyria considered whether she had other questions or not. Here I haven't seen it, but I hear rumors. Have the drow raised themselves from the dark places? Llolth is better company then she used to be certainly. Such a temper on that one. she asked, smiling softly while time was starting to resume around them very slowly.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Aye, they have. I mean, many of their main holdings over in the fey realm I've heard are still underground, but they have begun to venture to the surface more often these days. I mean hell... I have a drow lover back home myself. Mara is her name," Giselle replied, giggling softly as she imagined Mara and what she would be saying at this moment, likely bitching her and all of Kylie's shards out for getting themselves into this mess, and pecking Tidecaller on the nose before he slid back in.

"Tyria... um... after all of this is over, regardless... I would still like to return to meet with you from time to time, if you would allow it. I know that you could teach me a lot about my kind, from ages long past. And I'm sure that Tina and Delilah would both enjoy being able to meet with you too. I'm sure that we could set up a portal of some sort, to come to here, specifically to your hideaway here I mean, so that we don't rouse anyone down in Garellia proper again," Giselle told Tyria, wondering if it would be possible.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Sweet one if you want to come and see me you can try. But you'll find I'm harder to reach then that. Still, I welcome you to make that pilgrimage any time you wish. For now, the world is teetering on one soul. Kalt, Cold one, Your mother is coming, it would be a good time to open the way for all of them, give back what you've taken... Tyria said, turning to regard Kalt, before reaching out to brush Giselle's cheek, and then fading away back into Kalt.

Kalt sighed, and time resumed, none of the others having any idea. So I figured we could make a kind of, well... Kalt could anyway, You'll see. Only way to get the gods to break this compact of theres is to spook them into doing it. So... Kalt... any ideas? Idris asked her, Kalt glomping her without a good reason and squeezing. Easy. We kick in their front door. she said, grinning wildly. It was go after them or the assholes in the city. I'll go where you do. she said, Idris laughing. Well Gisele? You wanna see some shit?

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Giselle nodded softly as Tyria spoke to Kalt, and she leaned slightly against Tyria's hand when it brushed her cheek. When time seemingly resumed once more, Giselle couldn't help but smirk a bit as Idris spoke. Listening to the exchange between the two, Giselle smiled again and when Idris asked if she wanted to see some shit, Giselle nodded again.

"Sure, I mean, turning into a lightning bolt wasn't awesome enough. Surely you can do something even better than that. Am I right?" Giselle said, chuckling and grinning as she looked between the two.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Ok. Kalt said, zapping Giselle with a bolt of godly powa, which promptly made her skin tingle, before a thick coat of fluffy white fur assploded out of her skin, and her face elongated into a muzzle, her teeth became long and sharp, and her legs lengthened as her feet turned into wide paws. She was fluffy and shiny, and her bushy white tail swished around behind her completely beyond her control. She had the most incredible urge to try and catch it, and squeaky toys had never seemed more appealing.

Her pointed ears twitched while Idris and Kalt giggled quietly and Sola and Luna looked away trying to hide their own sniggers. Once that was done, Giselle being turned into an anthromorph arctic wolf, even Tidecaller laughing in her mind, Kalt turned back to the business at hand, and encompassed a section of the mountain shelf in blue light, where Giselle would see very little to start, before it started to recede, like it was being erroded, snow melting and refreezing rapidly, before nothing but a black orb remained. Turned forward to the end of days.... and one more push. she muttered, before the orb like area broke, and everyone got a good look at Avandra lounging in a massive bath, nude, beautiful, catty, before she noticed and screamed, the portal shattering as Avandra fixed it, only for Kalt to do it again with the luck goddess glaring out at them. And closing it again. That should get their attention... she muttered darkly, having proven that she could, with the energy she had, break into their world by rushing time in an area forward to the point where normal reality broke down.

Giselle however was still fluffy and Luna and Sola were busy petting her and scratching her ears and tail.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

When Kalt zapped her with her power, Giselle felt... strange. Her skin crawled strangely, and Giselle watched as white fluffy fur began to sprout all over her body, and then her face changed as well, into one like a wolf's. A tail sprouted from her butt, as paws formed on her feet, while she glanced back at her tail. "W-What the... hell? OOH A TAIL!" Giselle asked curiously, before suddenly starting to chase the damn thing around in circles.

Hearing the Kylie shards giggling at her, Giselle stopped and looked to them, watching as Kalt did her thing. Giselle watched as she opened a portal of sorts, that opened up overlooking a large bath, in which sat the goddess Avandra. Giselle saw her beautiful nude body and felt herself stiffen slightly at the sight of it. Sitting down after a few moments, Giselle looked around as Sola and Luna pet her some, her ears twitching and her tail wagging happily, unable to stop. "S-So what just happened? Both with me, and that?" Giselle asked curiously, still trying to wrap her head around things.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The urge to chase her tail passed for a moment and then she asked what was going on while she got pets and scritches. Nothin, just wanted to see you with a fuzzy butt. But I suppose we could find you a muzzle and a leash Kalt said, looking serious while the skies darkened and Tidecaller hissed into her ear.

Seems their message got through... Showing at least one of them, can in some way, intrude on their realm has created a situation where they are involved once more. Look. he said, Sola and Luna burning brightly for a moment, before Giselle felt their presence weaken. However, where Giselle had created the portal, an elven man stepped through, looking a great deal like Tyria and Kalt's vessel stiffened at the sight before forcing Kalt to bow.

Quite the prank little Arcanum. Quite the prank. The others are withdrawing much of their power. But unsurprisingly Melora is refusing to break her word, she will not become involved outside of Tidecaller's presence. You have maybe 2 hours before your powers fade. However, I swore to Tyria, Cold one, that I would never abandon her. So my power here shall remain with you. Likewise Kord refuses to interfere with the battle, and Pelor believes he shall move his influence to the Okami Male. Sehanine Will do the same. Bright Star, Blood Moon. You will need vessels again. Lady Siren, I felt the Joy in Tyria's heart at your arrival and indulgence, you have my gratitude. We shall speak again once this is all over with. he said firmly. He was dressed in a blue gown and wore a circlet seeming to be made of stars. Giselle would recognize the circlet from his statues at the shrine. While he lacked her worship, he was part of Delilah's. Corellon had graced them himself at their intrusion. I come with a warning, Wee Jas is moving in and fast, as is the Fatespinner. Both move to undo your efforts. And... you look rediculous, here. he said, gesturing and undoing Kalt's prank, returning Giselle to normal.

What was once chaos is now a battle for this region in the heavens and on earth. And as a concession, you must be made to see your fiance as she really is, you Must know what she really is or your affection and future will not be allowed. Llolth disagrees but she is outvoted. We must be certain that your love rises above the physical, forgive us but this is our decision. Should you survive these trials Lady Siren, you and your lover, and your children shall never know interference from the heavens again, your fates will be truly free to write on your own. As it stands currently, I am now something of a an overseer to this conflict as I am neutral in it's outcome. The Devourer is at greatest risk, without her, your love cannot exist in this world. While I disapprove, I cannot deny the skill with which this Vessel Kylie was created, as an Arcanum she is a work of art and as such, I was the true patron of her birth, and continue to look on her kindly, I'm sure you will not disappoint. he finished, stroking Tyria's hair gently before stepping back through, leaving them with his words and his warnings. The War was back on and the myriad shards of her lover were now about to become far more vulnerable.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"You put a muzzle and leash on me, and when we get home, so help me I'll split Kylie into every piece she has, and keep you all tied up in my dungeon, which I'll have made, and I will put the sealing rings on you all so none of you can cum for days," Giselle said, more teasingly than anything, but the Kylie pieces could obviously tell that Giselle was blushing at the mention of the muzzle and leash, well... they could maybe if she didn't have fur all over her now, and she was mostly docile thanks to the pets and scratches.

When the presence of Sola and Luna weakened, Giselle got frightened, as the portal Kalt had opened previously, opened yet again, and through it walked an elven man. Giselle noticed the circlet he wore, and instantly felt the need to bow, and kneel, though not quite as much as Delilah would likely have done, what with her being an arcane mage and whatnot. She was in the presence of Corellon, and when he said she looked ridiculous, she blushed again underneath her fur, which they could all tell once he turned her back to normal.

Hearing Corellon out, Giselle hung her head a bit. "I... I see. And you all aren't giving me much of a choice here are you. Well then... if I'm to undergo a trial as you say... then will you at least keep Wee Jas or the Fatespinner from taking her main body from me? I can't really be in two places at once you know, so I feel like I'm being given quite the unforgiving, and unfair trial here," Giselle replied to Corellon before he disappeared, having to bite her tongue to not say more, which would likely piss him and the others off, should they hear about what she said.

"Well now... it seems like it's about to get even more interesting," Giselle commented after Corellon was gone, sighing softly as she looked between the trio.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

So we have 2 hours before all hell breaks loose! Lovely! Idris said, shrugging, before Hell proved it had broken loose already with Cosimo as a pillar of fire exploded into the air where the palace had been. Bossy was in a right fucking panic, fleeing east as fast as whatever she was riding could move while images of Cosimo burning the palace district to the ground tore through in fragments for a moment. Whatever he had tried had failed and he'd moved straight to violence. Wow, he's on a roll.... You know that's our real dad right? Kalt said, Idris, Luna, and Sola all turning to stare at her like she was insane.
