Sheena shook her head slightly as Kylie explained the mini Hecate, watching as the little thing disappeared back into Kylie's pocket, though not before she got a little pat on its head too. "Aye, hilltop gives us a good lookout position all around pretty much. And plentiful food. Wake me up in four hours, then I'll wake Freya up four hours after that, that way we all get some sleep," Sheena said, finishing up her meal, while Freya did the same, before they both set up their hammocks they'd brought, so they could stay off the ground where numerous bugs could crawl in on them.

Sheena and Freya yawned as they woke back up when Kylie decided to wake them, stretching and looking around. "Kylie... how long did you let us sleep?" Sheena asked, with a mighty yawn, looking fairly well rested now, around midday.

"Shouldn't you get some rest too, Kylie?" Freya asked softly as she moved behind a tree to relieve herself, sighing softly as she did.

With that, they moved out and munched on some more oranges along the way, to get something in their bellies while they walked. After a couple of hours of travel, Kylie heard from Sheena let out a yelp from a few feet behind her, and turning back to see what had happened, she saw it was an ochu, with the trees rustling nearby, indicating at least one other ochu, or something of equal size nearby.

"Shit... hang on Sheena," Freya called out, thrusting her spear out at the ochu to try and force it to let Sheena go, who was drawing her sword to try and cut herself free.

Sheena's sword swing missed its mark, barely, but Freya was able to get a shot in that struck true enough to force the ochu to release Sheena, who fell to the ground with a grunt. Sheena was on her feet again in less than 2 seconds, and was ready to fight, as the other thing came into view, and Kylie saw it wasn't another ochu, but was instead some sort of other plant like creature, that looked almost like a walking Venus Fly trap of sorts, save with a very floral pattern of pink, red, orange, and yellow on it, as it seemingly walked along.

Sheena gasped at the new thing and immediately switched to target it, while Freya handled the Ochu, her spear giving her incredible reach with which to fight the thing. The piranha plant looking thing swung a plant like arm at Sheena, who ducked it and swung her blade out, catching its arm, and slicing it off, only to look a bit angry as the thing grew back quickly.

"Dammit, something that can regenerate... perfect," Sheena grumbled, unable to dodge another swing that came her way and caught her left wrist, and began to pull her towards it a bit.

Freya meanwhile was struggling a bit, despite her advantage with having a spear, having gotten knocked down and her left leg grabbed by the ochu. But she was able to prevent being pulled in further, as she lodged her spear in between two trees, to prevent being reeled in any further. She pulled one of her daggers out, and threw it at the ochu, and struck it quite good, and forcing it to release her.

What is that? Kylie asked unhelpfully at the new arrival, while Sheena wound up grabbed by it, and Freya played poke and avoid getting reeled in with the ochu. She was still just watching, she'd jump in and save them if there was real trouble, but for now she was seeing how well her rangers would do. Freya was thinking on her feet, while Sheena seemed to be trying to think of some way to deal with a regenerating target. Which was essentially kill it all at once, or dont try.

Sheena sliced the thing's plant like arm off again to free herself, before probing at it a few times, seeing what those strikes might do, and hoping to find a method of wounding it. Glancing down at the piranha plant looking thing, Sheena, and Kylie too, would notice the thing's roots were sucking water straight from the soil, every time it was cut, with the dirt drying up a bit more. "Heh, get it on dry ground, it can't regenerate," Sheena said softly, though keeping the thing from moving around was going to be tough, as it seemed quick and darted around, while Sheena tried to force it onto dry ground, but she was forcing it to drain more water from the earth underneath it, leaving it more and more exposed as she whittled it down, but she was quickly tiring out too herself, from having to constantly be on her toes and moving quick to dodge.

Freya meanwhile, was back on her feet now and had stabbed the ochu with her spear, but then it caught her spear haft as she pulled it back, and flung Freya against a nearby tree, where she landed with a grunt. Freya didn't give up though and was scrambling back up, and batted an incoming tentacle aside, before hurling her spear at the ochu, the thing sinking in at least a foot deep, before she jumped up on the thing, using her spear to do so, before yanking it out and slamming the spear point into one of the tentacles, managing to force the ochu to retreat for now, the thing squeaking and roaring in pain as it did.
