Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The crystalline bullet whizzed straight past her companion dragon's head, and into the dome shaped structure, tearing a hole straight through it as the bullet's sound wave nearly knocked everything before her down. Treerazer swung again, at the catastrophic dragon's long neck, but he dodged it and snapped down on Treerazer's hand and growled before flapping his wings and taking to the air, trying to forcibly drag Treerazer into the open, after seeing the power of Kylie's gun.

Treerazer was nimble though, despite his enormous size, and was able to dodge her next shot, leaving her with only one last original crystalline bullet left to hit him with. Treerazer wasn't letting himself be dragged into the light that easily, it seemed, and he was able to keep the catastrophic dragon from doing so easily. "BAH, YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT ME THIS EASILY?" Treerazer roared at the apparently fearless catastrophic dragon, who let go of Treerazer's hand, as Treerazer shifted his axe to his other hand and swung, biting down on the blackened acidic blade and holding it firmly, not letting go until Treerazer was forced to pull it back, else be dragged into the open for Kylie to easily get a shot on him.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie grinned widely, he was avoiding at least the original bullets. And she had only one left. Rather then use it, she tucked it away safely and used one of Merrik's new ones. She had no idea why but she had expected for a long time that there was some kind of enchantment in Myfiza's crystal rounds... She saved this last one and with one of Merrik's now loaded, she fired again into the dome, keeping the pressure on and Treerazer unbalanced. Again she fired from the same place, and only now did she finally move, blazing through the tree tops like a bullet herself, circling now towards the hole in the dome.

Even if anyone thought she couldn't reach the perfect firing angle she proved them wrong almost immediately by teleporting into the air, spinning to stare through the narrow opening and fired again. This time with nothing to get in the way of the fucking bullet. She wasn't braced in the air, but was prepared for that by being In the air in the first place, tumbling after the shot before swinging down into another tree and moving with every ounce of speed she had to offer, the augmented strength in her legs cracking tree limbs as she leapt. She came down smack in front of a demon, tossing the gun slightly into the air to smash her fist into his ribcage before catching the gun, and throwing an elbow after, withdrawing again and continuing to move, reloading as she went and ready for more. I WARNED YOU MOTHER FUCKER! BEST BELIEVE I'M COMING FOR YOUR HIDE! she screamed, circling the dome looking for another opening.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Loading up the first of Merrick's bullet's he'd given her, and it slid into her gun much easier than Myfiza's crystalline ones did, seeming much smoother, though how that would change how they show, only time would tell. Treerazer was forcibly using the catastrophic dragon for cover, preventing Kylie from getting a clean shot on the demon, unless she decided to shoot straight through the dragon instead.

Porting around, Kylie got herself into the proper position to fire from mid air, straight down at Treerazer's position, and just as she left his sight, Treerazer jumped backwards, dragging the catastrophic dragon with him, who only just barely dodged the bullet Kylie shot himself. The bullet meanwhile, exploded out of Kylie's rifle, sounding more... like a softer and more metallic ringing sound, than before, but it came out with a lot more force behind it, enough to actually propel Kylie back up into the air, against gravity. Landing and killing the lesser demon nearby, Kylie caught her rifle and reloaded it swiftly, the next of Merrick's bullets slipping in as easily as before.

"IS THIS REALLY THE BEST BALOR SERVANT YOU COULD SUMMON? FUCKING GODS DAMNED WEAKLING!" the pit fiend roared behind Kylie in the distance, as a huge head came tumbling through the air, landing about 50 feet or so behind her and the catastrophic dragon, in plain view of all.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie grimaced, the fucker was using the other dragon for cover. But the Pit Fiend seemed to be done and heading in to the fight. Kylie threw caution to the wind by suddenly appearing less then a foot away from Treerazer, standing on his axe, the barrel of the gun practically shoved into his face. Dodge this you fuck. she muttered, pulling the trigger and flying back. But she wasn't there purely to try and land a bullet, instead whipping out the wired daggers into the area before starting to kick and punch the blades into his hide for as long as she could until she was forced back for whatever reason, whistling for the Elemental to come get a shot in because he was now basically wearing a fucking conducting net.

She still had the spike but she didn't want to tip her hand yet, Kylie backing out entirely and looking to get another clearer shot in.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Treerazer was taken aback by the fact hat the pit fiend had slain the balor he apparently summoned to support him, and therefore wasn't prepared for Kylie's porting right in front of him. He had a split second to react, and Kylie pulled the trigger too fast for him to dodge completely, but he managed to avoid a deathblow, barely, as the bullet tore a hole through him as big around as Kylie was, with his scaly hide spewing thick black blood. Her daggers shot out and she was riding him like a bucking bronco at this point, while Zappity shot in and slammed into Kylie's back, using her as his own lightning rod of sorts, and coursing directly into the demon's blood.

Treerazer howled in pain, as this happened, and only when Kylie felt those strange spores appearing on her body again, was she forced to let go, momentarily feeling her arms and legs grow weak, until she saw Treerazer backing away from her. The catastrophic dragon stepped in front of Kylie as Treerazer spat his own dragon's breath directly at her, and the necrotic substance hit the dragon over Kylie and did... absolutely nothing to him. "I can't be harmed by your breath, demon. I will feast upon your flesh," the catastrophic dragon growled at Treerazer, who was gushing blood from his wounds, specifically the gunshot wound.

"You think you've defeated me? Think again," Treerazer growled back, before snapping his finger, where Kylie saw another trio of demons being summoned up, all maraliths, all six armed demonic looking lamia, wielding nothing but scimitars in every hand, and all coming towards her and the catastrophic dragon.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

I have to undo his spell or he'll cripple me. Kylie shouted to the dragon, forced with withdraw for now away from the Maraliths. Come and get it you 6 armed cunts! she roared, backpedalling and porting quickly while she picked at the threads of the spell. It was all necrotic so she immediately purged her own body of decay violently, looking to completely unbind the base of Treerazer's spell on a fundamental level while she retreated.

She couldn't reload while she was retreating and working on his spell, but as soon as she'd managed it her bow would take the place of her rifle and arrows would start to rain in at the Maralith's

He was hurt, she remembered where the wound was... She had a plan. A disgusting, suicidal, vicious plan but for now she had other problems and had to deal with the new demons. She lamented not having any more wire to use for herself right now but she had to dance and dancing she was, actually unstringing her bow, the metal it was made of snapping tight into a pole with razor edges along one side, something to parry more then 1 or 2 blades with, though she was certain the blacksmith would never forgive her if she damaged the weapon doing this as she came back in like a dervish, spinning violently in the air, using the unstrung bow as a staff to try and slam her palm into the nearest Maralith, her augmented strength and her hidden blade putting her on even footing with the demon 6 arms and all in her own way, having to use the bow as a pole to dance around it and block a the rain of sword strikes sure to flow her way.

Emerald! Cut these whores to Pieces! she roared, calling the Daemon back into the fray properly to help the Catastrophic Dragon keep pressing their current advantage.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The dragon looked down at Kylie and snarled, but gave her a nod, before looking back to the demons before him. All three of the maraliths chased Kylie, while the dragon and Treerazer went back at it. Emerald came soaring down at one of the maraliths, and the clinging of blades sounded as Kylie continued her retreat. "Nobody, touches my new pet without my explicit permission," Emerald said, a near crazed look in her eyes, as she prepared to fight the trio alone, to give Kylie her time that she needed to disassemble Treerazer's spell.

Feeling those necrotic energies, made Kylie feel sick, but she was able to siphon them away, slowly, but surely. "World weaving... dangerous... will show you, Guardian," the island's voices called out to Kylie as she desperately tried to siphon those energies away, where she then felt a tiny touch of the island's energies weaving in with her own, as if guiding her hand.

Then, Kylie realized that she couldn't straight up siphon it away, not without it taking forever, but she could however divert it to something else in his domain, she just needed a target to do it in. "World weaving... don't take it... merely... guide it elsewhere, so it can't be used. Make it flow... like a river," the island's voices whispered to Kylie, using her as their conduit, to siphon some necrotic energies out into the rest of the island, in tiny amounts, while guiding purer energies in in larger doses. Immediately, Kylie saw an effect that would please her, as Treerazer's domain here was receding a bit, only a small amount at first, but then a larger amount. "Not too much, Guardian, else you will go kaboom," one voice whispered to Kylie more clearly than the rest.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The stuff was just too toxic, even for her, the spell wasn't simple, it was complex and she immediately followed the island's prompting, drawing in several purer currents to push the taint out of herself and back into the island where it was already corrupted, dismantling the spell by breaking it up and spreading it wide rather then in a focused burst centered on her.

But she didn't hold on to her World Weaving yet, she let it go the moment she was safe from the spell and returned her mind to the combat, immediately coming back to Emerald's aid with her bow turned staff and her chain, poledancing around the bow to continue to stay mobile and harder to hit as she attacked from out of their reach with the chain.

She had to end this somehow and once she saw an opening, she'd likely surprise Treerazer again by doing something borderline Suicidal....

She tossed aside her bow entirely and took out the Crystal bullet she had saved as a fail safe, before rushing back in at Treerazer, and once close enough to see it... she'd teleport.....

It wasn't anywhere any sane or even insane creature would expect. Wasn't what anyone would dare normally do, especially not to him but she had the spike in her hand as she did.... She had teleported inside the wound she had already caused, slamming the spike into his flesh inside him, and punching it, Hard.

As for the bullet, she shoved it into the same wound and back out again, keeping her eyes squarely on her bullet, always having some idea of where it was. She didn't have to hit it squarely... she just had to get the current close enough as she used the first spell Hazel had ever taught her, she cast a lightning bolt to ignite the bullet buried in his flesh even if the spike had done the job all on it's own, her hands flying to the Tiara to begin draining his soul if she'd finally done enough damage to seize a deathgrip on Treerazer.

She still didn't leave it at that, the loaded gun ready for one more shot just in case as she tried to get a grip on his soul....

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Emerald was holding her own against the maraliths, but she was slowly being pushed back, it seemed. She didn't ask Kylie for help though, giving Kylie the chance to do whatever her plan was. Before Kylie went with her plan, she saw Emerald swing her scythe around and hack the head of a maralith off, twirling around and clashing with the other two.

As Kylie ported in towards Treerazer, she saw the catastrophic dragon still going at it with the demon, though her dragon companion was a bit bloodied now it seemed, but he was not backing down. Porting in was apparently not something Treerazer had expected, and Kylie was able to shove her spike into him, where he howled and clutched at the wound, but the dragon was able to stop him with a bite to his arm that went for Kylie, though Kylie was shoved around a bit before she could get her bullet shoved in as well.

"NOOO!" Treerazer howled, swinging his axe out and catching the dragon finally, and knocking him back, a large gash in his side, where just before Kylie was able to start draining him good, he managed to yank her out and throw her, but not before she ignited the bullet, which blew his left arm completely off as a spray of blood and gore as Kylie fell to the ground.

A loud thumping sounded from behind Kylie as she saw the pit fiend racing towards them, where he tackled Treerazer as the demon roared in agony from the pain, slamming him into the wall as Zappity rushed around and took care of the small fry demons for them.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie had managed it, Treerazors arm had been blown off and the spike was buried inside him doing it's dread work. She had no idea what the godspike even did but she had buried it inside him. There was no way for him to easily extract it.

The elemental was running defense for the three of them and Emerald had seemed more then capable of handling the Maraliths.

Whatever Treerazor had seen in this island that had drawn him here, he had obviously not expected this titanic level of reaction from the island's inhabitants, nor that the island had titans like this to defend it.

She was winded, the throw had hurt her, but damnit she was still standing and she immediately went back to trying to tear out his soul with the Tiara while the Pit Fiend and the Dragon were doing what they could to pin the now one armed Demon.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Treerazer swung his axe again, and knocked the pit fiend back with a gash in his chest, and managed to jump back before the dragon could grab him, pulling as far away from Kylie as possible. Treerazer wasn't going to let Kylie get him that easily, it seemed, and she saw the pit fiend slam a huge flaming mace into the back of the head of one of the maralith's heads, shattering her skull and taking her down.

Kylie then saw the roof of Treerazer's dome shatter open as he stamped one foot, and then he flapped his wings, obviously trying to escape. Just as he did this though, Kylie heard something from below, the island was speaking to her again. "Trapped... Trapped... He will not escape!" the island called to Kylie, just before she heard a loud booming sound and a shockwave course through the entire island, an earthquake that was the result of some incredibly powerful magics.

Kylie felt a sense of relief, but also worry, from Giselle, through the ring, and knew that they had been successful at least to some degree, in sealing Treerazer there on the island, preventing his escape.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Beyond every maniac is a beautiful woman Winning a battle You didn't even know was being fought! Kylie roared, laughing as the island's Barrier went up and an earthquake was triggered by the sealing magics tearing around and through the island.

We're putting the final nails in his coffin! AMARA! Kylie shouted to the sky were their healer had stayed safe this entire time as she leveled the rifle and fired, and then fired again, and then again, Making the demon stay focused on her. He'd have no choice if he didn't want to be torn apart by gunfire and Kylie was aiming at his chest and his wings. One shot would bring him back down to the earth.

If her dragon was going to give chase in the air, Kylie would scramble quickly up onto his back for the free ride, the Tiara blazing with life on her head like a void queen's crown.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Amara, Kylie could barely see, drew her blade, and began rocketing downward, tucking her wings in and moving faster than Kylie could ever hope to track her with the gun, even if she'd wanted to. Kylie's next shots both missed, but just after Treerazer was dodging the second one, Amara flew past him like a speeding bullet and slashed him right across the chest, moving so fast his aura never had a chance to do anything to her.

The catastrophic dragon flew up as Treerazer was slashed, and snapped at his leg, letting himself dangle from the demon's leg to hinder his movement, and Kylie's next shot was lined up perfectly after porting up onto the dragon's back, and firing up into the demonic beast, she clipped his left wing and the trio fell to the earth once more. The dragon kicked away from the demon and flapped his wings, keeping himself and Kylie from hitting the ground and getting hurt. "You... girl... if I can get you back on him, can you do that soul eating again?" the dragon asked Kylie, tilting his head back to look at her.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

They had him on the ropes. His wing was blown apart, so was his chest, with the spike given to her by Lloth eating away at him every second. She didn't even know what the fucking thing did.

Amara was quick to dive like a falcon and she rocketed across his chest as he dodged one of her rounds, marring his chest with her sword, while Kylie had blown apart his wing from the Cata Dragon's back. They were on the ground again, the impact shaking the surrounding trees and Kylie was quick to grin at her current ride. Yes. She said, smiling far too widely and licking her lips, the bloodlust boiling in her veins even as she reloaded. She wasn't even counting her bullets right now.

She shouldered the rifle and lashed out her chain, waiting for her temporary ally to give her the opening he was talking about. It was obvious he wanted his meal as well. Does he taste as good as you hoped? Kylie asked madly, laughing, hair wild and eyes shining.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Good... hold on then," the dragon growled softly back at her, before he lowered his head and charged at Treerazer, with the pit fiend rushing in from the demon lord's right.

The dragon used the pit fiend's attack to slide Kylie down his tail, and fling her at Treerazer like a catapult. She was able to latch onto Treerazer's undamaged wing using her chain and daggers. "YES, DEMON HEARTS ARE DELICIOUS, TO ME ANYWAY," the dragon replied, laughing maniacally, as the pit fiend caught Treerazer's axe with his flaming mace, and the dragon swung his tail around once again and caught Amara who flew straight at him, and flipped in mid air, to kick off the swinging tail, where she flew like an arrow straight into Treerazer's chest, impaling him with her large blade.

"GAH... YOU WILL NOT DEFEAT ME SO EASILY!" Treerazer roared, his aura still managing to take effect on them all, the fungal masses rapidly growing on all but the dragon, who seemed to be immune to it, or at least resistant.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie cackled as the dragon catapulted her towards Treerazor using her chain and a knife to catch his wing and rake down it, slashing it badly while Amara came in like a bullet, fairly impressive herself.

Kylie used that to her advantage, snapping the chain around Treerazor's neck and using it as a rein. When he spoke, so did she, even as she felt the spores starting to take hold, Kylie whispering in his lizardy ears.

I don't Defeat Prey.... I devour it. she hissed quietly, before she opened herself, and the Tiara fully to Treerazor, gripping his soul, letting him feel how small he really was before the black hole she just opened up, just for him... Twin Stars surrounded by a beautiful planets flashing before Kylie's own eyes while Treerazor would feel the true hell of the Void ripping at his soul, gripping at his very essence as she sought to devour him entirely. Everything you ever were... are... could have ever been.... all mine now.... All Mine.... Bow to the Tear's Queen

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

As Kylie swung her chain around Treerazer's neck to hold him firmly, so she wouldn't be bucked off easily, Treerazer snapped at the pit fiend with his large gaping maw, getting a bite in on the large devil, who was forced to fall back a tiny bit. Treerazer let loose a burst of demonic energies that burst the fungal growths on the three that had sprouted them, and Kylie saw Amara collapse as she shrieked in agony from it, blood pouring from various wounds on her body, and the same could be said for the pit fiend, and Kylie also, but Kylie was able to hold on, and Amara refused to let go of her sword, clinging with one hand, and twisting the blade as harshly as she could.

Treerazer managed to get his remaining arm around, where he swung his axe at Amara, catching her with the flat of it mostly, but the blade partially caught her side and tore into her a bit more as she went flying, slamming into the wall, though her sword remained in the demon's chest. "I... Bow... To... NO ONE!" Treerazer roared at Kylie, managing to kick away from the dragon, where he ran, though Kylie was still able to cling to him, and she could feel him growing weaker by the minute.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Then your Soul is Mine... Kylie growled. Amara was in serious trouble, but she had her creepy stalker and Emerald around to look out for her. Thanks to Ashera's tampering they would all have some attachment to the angel. She wasn't dead.

Kylie grit her teeth as the spores burst, bleeding, burying her own scream and only gripping on harder as she continued to rip apart what made Treerazor, Treerazor, sundering his soul and devouring it, bit by bit. There was nothing else in her world she was focused on, Nothing. Her body was bursting into flames, her armor was peeling away under the assault, freezing and breaking all around her while she held on for all she was worth, firing her barb into his back for even more of a deathgrip. One of them was going to die and she was Not letting go. Not of his body, not of his soul.

He could feel her inside him, he could feel her ripping him apart. He would feel real terror as defeat and death, something the Demon Lord had never even entertained became a reality for him. As mortality crashed against his world like a tidal wave.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Treerazer kept moving to put as much distance between him and everyone else, save Kylie, who was still clinging as if her life depended on it. She knew Treerazer was sealed on this island, and could not escape, so even if he escaped from her here, he wouldn't get far. After Kylie shot her barb into his back, Treerazer seemed to be up to something, and ran straight at a large tree, and spun around as he flung himself at it, trying to smash Kylie between him and it. The trick didn't work really, as Kylie ported herself around just in time to avoid being crushed, as her body began to catch flame.

"You will not have my soul that easily, Bitch," Treerazer said to Kylie, as he kept running northwestward.

In the distance to the northeast, Kylie heard the sounds of battle, and knew that Treerazer's forces were being pushed back by a force in that direction, likely from Tear Cove. A few moments later, Kylie was finally dislodged by Treerazer, who slammed his axe into the ground, and reached back with his arm, forcing Kylie to duck down a bit, and pull away from his grasping hand, where his tail swung around and slapped Kylie off of him, finally, though her weaponry was all still stuck in him. The moment he had her off of him, Treerazer began to run again.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie refused to let go, even when he tried to crush her, Refused to give up bleeding from multiple wounds but boiling over with energy, having tapped a demon lord for several moments now and as she was finally slapped away, she ported right back to her chain the second she had recovered. You can't leave the island. There is no hole to crawl back into. Kylie whispered, nude now save for her shining fists, using multiple teleports if she had to to catch him, she would persue him to the ends of the earth if she fucking had to but her tunnel vision would not fade.

There was no human left to her right now. no flesh to cut, no blood to bleed, just blackened metal and blue flame, a coil of world energies boiling free and hellaciously. She would be impossible not to see, as the currents around her reacted to her freed form now, shimmering and visible, tendrils of the Island's power tangible and present, and all the while the Tiara burned.... Burned with a black light that spoke of the terrible maelstrom of emptiness that truly existed between the worlds. This was the creature Treerazor would finally see coming for him.

~Can you feel me Demon?~ her voice trilled down his spine, psionically linked now certainly as she had fed deeply of his essence. ~Do you finally understand what Death is?~ she continued, before a deep rolling laugh sounded all around him, the assassin toying with his mind as surely as if she was a ghost in an underground tunnel and he was nothing more then a target about to be run through on her blade. How the world must have shifted for him.

~Can you Finally understand Fear~ Hahahahahahahahahaaaaa....
