Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Likely, but a savior by others I'll wager. A force of change. Some won't accept change easily though. But... for my people's future, I will make them accept it. They'll have to, or we won't have a future," Nog replied, sighing softly, as they walked.

"Won't she know before you get home though, since you sent your two friends back before you?" Nog asked curiously, actually looking not afraid of her for once, and simply amused at Kylie's words.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

she already does! augh! Kylie said, tugging at her hair and flailing around for a moment, before holding up her gauntlet covered hand, and tapping her ring finger. She always knows... she continued before tapping her collar as well.

As for my friends, I'm glad I sent them away, the kitsune especially. Minotaurs make her nervous. She was the very first slave I rescued from the northern tribes. she said as they walked.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"I see... I did notice her giving me the evil eye a few times, yesterday, and some today as well," Nog replied, giving a little nod as he followed Kylie along. "I doubt they'll listen to you without some shock and awe tactics. Would you like me to begin?" Nog then asked curiously.

After a while, they reached the first other village, which was only about 60 minotaurs or so all told, though there were 4 slave girls, 2 humans, an elf, and a goliath girl, that she could see outside. "Alright everyone, listen up. This is the Hellion. She challenged the chief in single combat and slew him. She's officially the chief now, and if you don't believe me... here's one of his horns," Nog called out to them, assuming Kylie didn't tell him otherwise, in which case he'd let her speak. If she did let him speak, then many of the minotaurs turned to regard them incredulously until Nog produced the horn Kylie still had, at which point their eyes went wide with fear.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie just let Nog talk, because it seemed to have the desired effect as the blunt and obvious message he brought sank in, and quickly with the showing of the horn. Kylie's only immediate response to the looks of fear was to smile insanely and flare with electricity and flames for a moment.

Release the slaves into my care. Now. Or I'll take all your spines and keep them as trophies on my wall, killing you in the slowest and most shameful way I can contrive, which at the moment is forcefully fisting your assholes to grip your tailbone, before forcibly extracting your spinal column one vertebra at a time.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"She will do it you lot. I'd do what she says. All of the girls are to be set free... now. Our people need to change with the times, and the times tell us that if we don't change, then we will perish. The goliaths, the southern tribes, and even the city of Tear Cove will band together against us, if we do not stop taking slaves. Our very survival is at stake here," Nog told them after Kylie spoke, looking around at everyone.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

More immediately, and I'd do this without the authority of the clan leader's head on my wall, but I have that too, I'll violently exterminate the entire bloodline of anyone who doesn't obey, and I'll have the benefit of branding you all traitors to those who do survive, and they will happily spit on your mass grave. Your last moments will be painful and knowing full well you will not be remembered for any accomplishments. Only that you died as traitors to the clan and fools. Kylie finished, drawing her chain with her right hand, and letting her sword unfold into her left.

You have 60 seconds to decide to either release the slaves, or Die, and THEN I'll release them myself and leave your bodies for the crows.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The minotaurs scrambled over, with a couple of the younger ones grabbing the girls, much more gently than they probably could have, and one struck her collar off, while the other got her leash that held her to a post cut off. A few of the older ones looked incredulously at the younger ones, but the youngsters that were more sensible outnumbered them it seemed. "I'm glad you lads value sanity over stupidity," Nog told the younger ones, who nodded.

Another younger minotaur man went into one of the houses and came back out with a human girl, who looked scared, but she was actually hiding behind him. "Do you mean to take her too?" the young minotaur asked, where she stepped out and revealed that she was heavy with child, but she didn't look really angry or upset about that fact. "If you plan to, I wish to go too," he then said, looking adamant.

"He protected me from the others, and he was very gentle. H-He even asked before we did anything," the human girl said softly, not looking like she'd been mistreated much at all really.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie watched what had happened, taking careful note of the reactions between the different ages present. Which saddened her because when the minotaur and woman came out, pregnant, and told her what they did...

She had to insist. Yes. Because when I leave with the slaves, they will hate you, as they hate me, you will not survive or rather, wish that you hadn't. And yes you can come to, but Nog... watch over the girls, I'm going to clear the houses... she said, beckoning the girl over, before lashing out with her chain and severing the hinges on the door of the nearest house.

Stepping forward, she crackled with energy and open malice, immediately and mercilessly cutting down anyone who got in her way.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The human girl came over to Kylie and Nog, along with her minotaur mate. Nog nodded to Kylie and sent her on her way to the houses, where all in all, she found 4 others. None of them looked in too bad a health/mistreated really, compared to the others in the previous village. Nobody dared to get into her path either, and after she got everyone out, they were prepared to move out, with Nog opting to hand a dagger to a couple of the other girls, before moving over to one of the other younger minotaurs who looked a little worried and scared, but it appeared Nog was talking to him about basically what he'd talked to Hallen about.

"There's another village about five miles northeast of here. I doubt these girls should come with us. I trust Hallen, so we could take them back there, if you want, for now. And I think the lad there would help keep them safe enough," Nog told Kylie.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Believe me when I say this Nog. They're safer with me. Now they're armed, they're shaken up in most cases, and jumpy. They see your people as a threat... If a fight broke out.... she didn't let the thought finish itself and instead kept everyone with her.

Hugging them all tightly one after the other, she took them away and headed for the next village.

Stay in a tight group for now, Breathe deep of the freedom. you can trust Nog, and I have no idea who you are but you seem nice enough. she said to the new minotaur acquisition as they moved on.

I mean if it would make you feel better I could bring the storm back. It's not really all that dissipated yet... Or I could do the talking and you two could hang back a ways so they're in less danger... Honestly i think if I drop another Minotaur from a couple hundred feet I can make them listen....

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"I understand, though they are likely tired, and she's pregnant, after all. If the goliaths were nearby with a village, we could ask them to take them in until we rounded them all up, but alas," Nog said, looking troubled about them taking the girls along to the next village.

"I... didn't agree much with the elders way of doing things. But there was no true way to speak up against them alone," the new younger minotaur said, putting an arm around the pregnant human girl, who looked a lot more relaxed, despite the fact they were walking through the woods now.

"I suppose you're right though that they would be safer with us, than back in the village. Hallen's a good man and all, but if there's girls there, then some of those not liking the fact that you're doing all this might try and take it out on them. I'll stay back with them, after I've spoken to them in the next village. There's another five villages, all told though. I'm sure we'll meet a couple of more that would be willing to join us though, and could remain back with them," Nog said after a few moments.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Correct on all counts. It's a powder keg right now. Right now we have an advantage that none of your people are likely to get overly brave. What do they say about me anyway? I've always been curious, it's obvious I left an impression last time... Kylie said as they walked

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Well... you scare the hell out of us, that's for sure. There's even been a horror story we've started telling our children, about the fiery hellion that stalks the shadows of the night. It keeps them in line," Nog said, chuckling a bit at Kylie's question, and looking a little amused. "Heh, I've told one story to my son, about you, in fact," he added with a smirk.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Ha, I've become the boogeyman. Kylie said, shaking her head a bit and laughing before flailing around at the slaves to stay close to her cos she was the murder machine in a general bit of organized spazzetry.

Must be odd for the younger ones then to see the subject of the new spooky campfire tale actually stopping by for a threaten and wave. she said, tilting her head back and forth as she took longer steps.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Basically, yes. And a few back in my home village, were rather distraught when they saw you, yes," Nog replied with a chuckle, looking amused about it. "My son was... quite frightened, thank you very much," he added sarcastically.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie bowed with a flourish at the sarcastic praise before breaking into a fit of giggles. I'm not a huge fan of waiting for change, I'd rather help it along. Sometimes kindness works, other times cruelty, more often fear and anger are enough. she said, qouting Gestalt for a moment, before throwing a silent prayer for him skyward as they continued on.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Well, either way, let us move onward. Ladies... I know you probably hate me, and don't trust me, but I assure you that you will be sent back to your homes," Nog said to the girls as they made their way to the next village, with the girls looking like not many trusted him as far as they could throw him.

After an hour and a half or so, they came to a large hill and saw the village atop it.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie sighed as Nog spoke to the girls, before turning and giving them a thumbs up. The walk finished out a bit later without too many problems, some bathroom breaks, and a lot of stretching and orange eating as Kylie fed the misfortuned.

Seeing it, Kylie rolled her neck, cracking it several times, before turning to the girls. Stay here with Nog, and DON'T stab him. He can be trusted, he brought me here to save all of you so please, just sit tight, I'll be back in a little bit ok? she told them, hugging the more nervous looking ones and then turning to march up the hill, drawing sword and chain again and stomping her way towards the village.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Be careful up there. Without me or someone like me to talk to them, they will be reluctant to listen, I'm certain," Nog told Kylie.

Making her way up to the village, Kylie saw it was larger than the last, and she saw several slave girls outside doing menial tasks such as laundry, and cooking in most cases. They didn't look really mistreated much if at all here, though tired in some cases, but it didn't appear that the minotaurs really seemed to mind them taking rests or lazing about, so long as they got their work tasked to them done, and some were doing just that.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie shrugged and headed on up anyway, weapons and all, before remembering the Horn and putting her sword away so she could show that as well. When she reached the village itself, it was quite large and seemed... fairly lazy at the moment.

It made the Death Whistle all the more impressive.

With it's shrieking sound, Kylie drew attention to herself before holding up the horn.

Well Hi There! You would all know me as The Hellion! Some of your slaves probably know me from Feynrial in some manner or another! I Challenged Asteron to single combat for the right to lead the Clan. 3 Guesses who Won. she said, shaking the horn a bit, before putting it away.

I Suppose as your Clan Leader, this is an Official order, and I will OFFICIALLY Personally Shitkick and then Kill anyone who doesn't follow it. she continued, snapping the chain out at the ready.

Release the fucking slaves. All of them, they're coming with me back to their families and homes. Furthermore, Slaving? It's done and as a wonderful incentive. Anyone caught doing it again, will be forfeiting the lives of their entire village. She finished, drawing her sword again and waiting.
