The whole thing for me is realism. Gritty, harsh realism. I happen to like eggs yes, because it naturally follows a organism might rape the heroin for that purpose, and I can't imagine a worse situation for our champion. I don't like massive bulging bellies because it's insane and the character would die! Why would an organism want to hurt or impair a host for it's children? I don't understand futa, nothing about it computes with my brain. That doesn't mean a game fully revolving around futa would be a bad idea. It would probably be a good idea, but I'm sure as hell not going to buy it.
Just because you're making an Hgame doesn't mean you have to pull out the old laundry list of enemies and pick a cookie cutter setting. Make the plot first, say zombie survival horror and add specific enemies along that line. Mutated earth plants and animals, Aliens come to colonize, alternate ecology invading earth, post apocalyptic deathlands, and engineered war creatures designed to kill men and breed women to multiply.
Take one for example, alternate ecology invading earth from a portal, alternate dimension, seeded by aliens, whatever... The enemies would range from various stationary plants and traps to annoying insects and small creatures. The bosses would be super predators similar to our bears, lions, wolfs etc but obviously from whatever crazy ecology that's spreading. I imagine the plants and traps would inject a seed pod whether one, or millions of microscopic (cum drip / heroine expels after time to spread). Insects would naturally want to use host for a purpose... cough cough.. eggs/larva cough. Small animals might try to impregnate with a very low chance, and large predators would have evolutionary advantages like a canines knot. Behind this game would be a pregnancy script with chance rolled over time, maybe an ex-ray of her womb and contents on pause. Special labs for saves and to 'clean out' This type wouldn't have as much violence, the heroins mission would be to exterminate and stop the portal/spread. The negative affects from encounters would be slowed movement speed, enemies coming from behind, sudden cramps or not being able to use weapon etc... may not even need a game over you could make it so that as the effects compile the player chooses to restart the level. You wouldn't even have to add an extra bulge sprite, I mean you could or that could the the GO screen when she's been taken one to many times.
The war creatures designed to kill men and breed women, that's pretty clear, might be neat to have a military group/police trying to fight the escaped monsters. Some levels you can choose to play as the men from the group and others the women. This would increase replay value and add a totally new dynamic. Health and violence would be huge, creatures might beat heroin to submit (maybe submit button to save hp) Once low Hp is reached no death, just rape after rape with forced lust dynamic as in MitsukoX and once it's maxed GO.
If the Heroins health is going down from attacks before sex, I don't want to see her getting lovey with the spiderqueen, she's a bad bitch! I don't even like the queen connotation as it points to more human physiology. Arachnids are mean as hell, driven by insect purpose. Either it's rape for a purpose, or it's some sexy bio engineered monster girl. And Eroico was for lusty monster girls.
The point is... the enemies flow from the story. You want suggestions go watch a movie, read a book or play classic SNES Metroid! When I say go off into la-la land, I mean if you're story is Alice in Wonderland enough to have a Jester Girl for the first boss I'm going to have a hard time supporting it, vs. "Parasite in City" where I'll buy it twice for good measure!
I see a good game as playing a story, others seem to view it as a nasty playground of debauchery... if you want that you should ask for sim's and sandbox games not platformers! Kurovadis was dead on, Eroico filled a void for an audience and from what I gather did it really well, maybe you want to make a futa game this time, but for heavens sake don't make a camel. A camel is a horse built by a committee.
