Those are both ToTO ep 5... it's just the first one is half the video resolution.

I don't have the torrent from anywhere but akiba, but I can post directly to the attachment for the torrent file if its just the forum part giving you trouble.

I have a torrent for 6, but don't remember where I found it. And 7 is the newest episode, as far as I know.
