Re: Reconquista of the Abyss

Good game. Those dragons are fiercely overpowered though. Easier with the tanks than the ent-like things. Just have, like, ten of them or so and your golden. I was sad that only the blowjob from the first area and the two cgs of the original girl were animated. If they were all animated, it would be worth more than it's price. As is, it's worth every penny.

Oh, and for those lazy ones.

All CGs unlocked

How did you get cheat engine to work with this game? All I'm getting is scan error:controller:No readable memory found

Re: Reconquista of the Abyss

Anyone here played the Mind Hacker game? I'm confused on that game, do you just keep completing stages to unlock new H scenes? I've been spending all my Jewels on things that seem to do nothing.

I might make a how to play on it later ' 3' but it's pretty much clearing dungeon until you kill a yellow crystal (it'll appear as red dot that doesn't move in the map so don't worry about missing it) and then you get H-scene, afterward you'll be able to pick the 3rd option during real-world day and have H-scene with the girl(s) by spending gem.

Save your jewel though, only bother with the chest if you're in a mood for lottery (it give you a random item of certain quality) or have a LOT of gem to waste.

Technology Tree Guide (Work in Progress, this thing is long.)

Preface: There are three types of resources in this game. The first is "Funds", which represent money for funding research. The second is "Resources"; this is used in unit production. The third is "Sacrifices", and is used to train (read: corrupt) heroines to advance tech levels.

The first two resources are produced in territories (cities included) you control. "Sacrifices" represent the souls of the dead, and you receive sacrifices when units (friendly or enemy) die in battle. Certain technologies can improve the rate in which you gain resources.

Researching technologies require funds and a certain number of turns. You can accelerate research by pouring more funds into a specific tech, but this can become rather expensive very quickly.

Certain technologies have three tiers (e.g. Soul Eater I, II, III). Each tier requires the previous one to be researched first before they can be researched. All other technologies do not have prerequisites (beyond attaining the necessary tech level).

1) Marie
Marie's tech tree focuses on improving sacrifice yield and magic. Her spells consist of debuffs and direct damage. She also grants access to all demonic units.

Re: Reconquista of the Abyss

Just let me know when there's a thorough guide or translated game. Then I'll consider DLing(torrenting) it.

Re: Reconquista of the Abyss

How do you use magic in combat? I havent fount a way to do it

Also, just before battle there is a screen to select what I think is your tactics (agressive/defensive on the left, and formations on the right), how do they affect combat? Sometimes I see advantage, disadvantage or draw above the icons...

Magic:
During battle you build up the bar under your army's HP (green bar)
Once you have enough (you will have to check the spell list on how much you need) you can click to 'pause' the battle and the top option is the spell list.
After that you can scroll to aim it and left click to use the spell.

The advantage/disadvantage seem to be a sort of damage-bonus for the advantageous side. Frankly you won't be needing that until later so early on just set it to the book shape for guaranteed draw.

Re: Reconquista of the Abyss

- 3- gonna bump this for now

Luna Soft finally decide the release date for their next 2 games.

First is something of a multi-girl (magical doll) management RPG , coming out August 16th. It includes multiple girl in some scene so I assume harem route is there.

The second is 1st person dungeon crawling magical girl game, on September 13th. TENTACLES

When those game comes out I'll probably make a thread for them, but too lazy to make one right now (also no trial out yet ' 3')

This looks like a great game. Any kind of english guide out there?

Re: Reconquista of the Abyss

There isn't much to make a guide of .- . outside how to make/move your troops and knowing which skills are worth researching. Which frankly, outside of the first 3 girls (Marie, Aina and Yae) the rest are preferences.

Marie for stronger demon army/more training points,
Aina for faster resources generation from town to start researches faster,
Yae so your troops are even stronger,

but you can get by the game via massing army and overrunning enemy easily.

Next Turn

How does one go to the next turn??

No matter what I do I am still on turn 1...

Re: Reconquista of the Abyss

Sorry to ask, but how does one move troops? I am stuck with the first turn.

Well, too lazy to open up the game to get the specifics, but basically there's one option on the menu that let you you into choosing towns (scrolling require moving the mouse pointer to edge of screen)

Basically each town will have up to 2 options.
One is mobilize army
The other is create minions (only the 'big' town can create minions, so the one that isn't available when you choose small town is the spawn creatures)

Spawn creature let you create combination of units, with limit being either the town's capacity or your own resources. (btw the units are added after your turn end so you can't create->mobilize those units in the same turn, but these new units will be there to defend if the enemy attack)

Mobilize army will ask you to input how many units you want to move in this order, then click on a nearby town that is lit up to move them there (usuall 1-2 town away at most)
You can have multiple tabs of mobilize order, so you can edit how many/where to of each tabs if you wish to split up unit from a certain city (like if you're sending out troops from a main city toward your frontlines)
