I really don't want to sound entitled or ungrateful cause at the end of the day it is a benefit I get to enjoy for free, but wanted to ask when could we expect the next English patch.

Did 1.54 address all of the game's bugs and has become the new stable version, or are there still major ones and it makes sense to hold off translation until everything is fixed?

There was exactly one bugfix in 1.54, and at least one more to fix, so it seemed like it would be short-lived. But because I didn't bother, here we are
