Displaced is an adult, mildly comedic fantasy themed management and TRPG game with crafting. You play as Arron, an exiled prince who becomes a leader of a small village in a distant lands. Fight monsters, complete quests and gather resources to produce strong and unique gear.

The demo has been released for the purpose of collecting the feedback, so the content is rather limited, but it should provide a good feel of the game's future. With completion you will be presented an option to vote on the future of the project. You also can visit patreon for more details on it and our previous game.

Game softlocked on the second fight, elven rat attacks; nothing actually happens and game is stuck like that.

This seems unusual. Can you replicate it reliably? Is there anything in the console?

This thread has been moved to the Hentai section to be locked due to a lack of explanation of the game mechanics and its controls. If you wish to preserve this thread, please PM a moderator with an updated OP.

Controls:
- 100% mouse-operated
- This game is developed under Godot engine - expect a different experience than other, more common engines

Gameplay tips / features (Demo version 5):
- Follow the tutorial hints
- Sell extra resources for gold
- Purchase 'workers' and adjust their current assignment
- Workers gather in real-time (nothing happens if you keep the game paused)
- Food is gathered as loot by heroes, converted in the Town Hall
- First goal will be, building a bridge so your heroes' party can set out
- Heroes grow stronger with traits (purchasable with gold) and equipment (must be crafted)
- When in doubt, let the time flow (preferably after you foraged a decent food reserve)

H-content:
- CGs, straight, consensual (note: there is no H-event before day 8... Except for a treehugging-related short scene)

Bugs / improper behavior:
- 'heroes' tab doesn't update ASAP after recruitment (Erika at least; you gotta head back to village 1st)
- Merchant says he gives you gold for completing his elven request. Got zilch (0), and had to sell stuff to buy a goblin
- heroes' HP bars are displayed 100% entering battle (even when 10/200 HP)
- blacksmith upgrades 1/2 descriptions are incorrect (too much head != good head)
- victory screen: your 4th party member is sometimes displayed over the loot (instead of her circle, esp. in caves)
- worker's hall upgrades states '8 workers max', yet max is 6

Suggestions:
- locations (town hall, etc.)' names don't display when hovering over them. This might help in the learning phase
- '+' / add someone to party should be green (as it's where you need to click); it's a tad counter-intuitive not to select heroes directly
- same remarks (green color) for selectable dialogues (usually 'grey' color means 'greyed out' as in unavailable)
- Consider 'naked' heroes' portrait; in some scenes (intro, Erika...) one would expect naked shoulders at some lines
- food gathering is boring... 10 battles to feed a single elf is a bit much
- consider RT assignments for heroes as well (food gathering, rest, etc.)
- consider some way to automate and/or quicken battles to lighten the farming

Good job so far; less dark than the monochromatic Strive (unless you can tell 'black' from 'blood red'), humorous and quite ambitious (with rather sturdy mechanics to support)
