Here's a very rough translation, probably not much better than Google Translate, but it might help. I put things that I couldn't understand well in brackets.

Long time no see. It's been more than six months since I set this project aside. During these past months I haven't really worked on it much and sort of let it fall to the wayside. It hasn't really changed at all since last time, since I'm working on it disinterestedly, but please don't worry.
There isn't any new content in this update... but I'll write about the game's plot a bit.
◆Powerful Sister◆

I've fleshed out the main character more than before.
I've decided that the character's image will be "timid." (チマチマ)
She looks a little sleepy in the dot animation, but I'm planning on making her more cheerful and perky.

I thought it would be good if the player could see conversation scenes and character expressions.

I'm drawing the map and stuff in pixels as well.
I'm not really used to doing this so it will probably take a long time.

It'll have stuff like orbs and items and what not, skills, and character leveling system.
It's not totally finished, [but I think I've got an outline worked out. Maybe.]
Basically, Powerful Sister is [progressingly slowly.]

◆Godspeed Warrior Princess Mercenary◆
It's an emo/edgy title, and it's the "Somethingsomething Mercenary" game I talked about before.
I've been making it at the same time, and it will probably come out first.
For the readers here, it's going to be a small game.

Here's an outline of the game:
・Going back and forth between your base and maps, clearing those maps (sort of Puzzle Dragon-ish)
・Grid movement on maps with an overhead view (like Lance 6 linked above)
・Special Encounters ([I'm still unsure of the details])
・Combat System will be a mix of Last Ranker, Ys7, and Cyan from FF6
・Leveling system will be a rip-off of [Flash Saga]
・Game balance [difficulty?] set so anyone can clear it (except for speedrunning)
・Speedrunning (if I can implement it, I will)
・The story can be skipped by those who don't want to read
・Set in the same universe as Powerful Sister
・Less H-content so more people can enjoy it
・Guro can be enabled
・Will probably sell for 900 yen
[After thinking about these new games, I'm proud to say that I'm convinced that the overall game system is original.]
I'm planning on releasing it in June or July, but it might end up being August or September.
Anyway, regardless of whatever I might promise, please wait patiently.
(By the way, I also have an estimated release date for Powerful Sister, but I'll refrain from posting it since I'm not confident I'll keep it.)

Just for fun I briefly reworked sister's animation. Her boobs got bigger.
