This is where hentai gets its bad name from.
Audio:
For our primary viewing session, we listened to this disc in its original language of Japanese. This is a pretty basic stereo mix with the majority of the dialogue and action coming through the center channel. There weren't any noticeable dropouts or distortions and the show sounded decent if unexceptional. We spot checked the English track and didn't notice any issues there either.
Video:
Even though it was released in 1997, it looks more like an early 90's anime than anything else. There's not a lot of vibrancy to the colors we've seen in more recent Pink Pineapple shows and the character designs and styling are almost 70's-ish in feeling. This is definitely one of the lower budget titles they produced and it shows. The transfer is decent however, and there's not much in the way of cross coloration or jaggies and artifacting is pretty minimal. At most you might see some noticeable color banding during certain blue hued scenes.
Packaging:
The packaging style also feels a little old but mixed with the way NuTech has released all their hentai. The adults only/total uncensored logos take up their usual places and the somewhat lackluster looking character animation of the women fills the screen. The logo for the show is crumbly in style but also thin and hard to read. Unfortunately with the way it's laid out, you get the adult actresses picture and name placed almost dead center on the cover, giving it a cheap feel. As is with all NuTech releases, there is no insert provided with this disc.
Menus:
NuTech generally does a good job on their menus and this is no exception. There's a good mix of the shows animation and layered CG to give things an interesting look with animation and music playing. Movement through the menus is nice and fast and the layout is straightforward and logical. Nice and simple but good looking.
Extras:
There's only two extras included here, both video galleries. One is of the show itself with some cel animation and artwork while the other is a photo spread of voice actress Nicole Sheridan.

This is the kind of hentai where the characters are fairly unremarkable, they die pretty regularly and there's no real one central character for the entire show. There's nobody for the viewer to really latch onto. Which I suppose can be good sometimes, since you can just watch the action. Unfortunately the action is pretty weak here too.
The show kicks off with a man and a woman going at it while in the space shuttle. Just at a climactic moment, a phallic shaped alien starship flies into view and launches something at the earth. The shuttle blows up, and our adventures in space move down earthward, to Japan.
Since this incident, a series of murders of women have been occurring. These murders are moving from north to south though, as if the murderer is going after something and not the usual centralized serial murderer. But it's not a human doing the killing, but a free-form tentacle. This tentacle makes its way into various residences, alleyways and other areas where women are. It then promptly has its way with them, filling them with its own juices, and then causing said female to explode. The tentacle is then strengthened and it continues on its way.
So we basically follow this tentacle as it goes and attempts to do this to every woman possible. The military figure this out and figure out its end goal of doing this to all women worldwide and then impregnating men, so it can continue to grow and grow and become more powerful. Suffice to say, if it's going to impregnate men, well then hell, something must be done!

Also making its way along this path is an alien in a woman's shape who is apparently trying to track down this tentacle thing. She's also similar to the tentacle thing, in that when she gets involved with men, she ends up draining them dry, leaving them as husks. So we get to see that happen a few times as well as she learns the way of human sex.
So the military comes up with a great plan. Knowing that the tentacle is attracted to female pheromones, they get every hooker they can find and bring them all to one area along the path. So you've got hundreds of women wearing next to nothing surrounded by hundreds of military men. Uh huh. The men are quickly undressed and having their way with the women, and after a bit of time the now massive tentacle beast arrives and starts having its way with everyone, causing it to grow more.
The scientist who thought that this amount of sex would cause it to go limp is reprimanded as he forgot that it grows every day. He then utters, "My life as a scientist is undone by 32 years of virginity at this crucial moment". And then the 100 foot woman showed up.
