I always read two different takes from games like succubus affection.
One one hand, you get what aesthetic's (possibly) trying to talk about, where the kink is male submission/predation. Women hungry for sex "preying" on you by using you for pleasure and draining your seed, which obviously brings you pleasure, but with that little forbidden-fruit angle of shame, knowing that they're simple predators, and that you let yourself be taken by them, to that end.
On the other side of that coin, you're a horny, curious, possibly perverted male, in a world full of horny, feral monstergirls, and it's less about giving in to them per say, and more about giving in to your own primal urges.. The end result is still feeding/satisfying them, but instead of being shameful, it's taken more like an act of charity or lewd kindness, offering your seed to them, because you are aware of what they are and what they want, and cooperating simply because their goals, align with your own.
Saying people aren't intrinsically entitled to feel good is such an edgy line. You're not intrinsically entitled to have your opinion respected, but people still respond to you because they give enough of a shit about you and what you say, to commit to that interaction. It's human nature.
