Well, considering this has been necro'd, I also have a question to ask.

Wasn't there a version of this where you could play as the other girls, or was that something I dreamt up?

I have re-uploaded my copy of the English 1.05 version of the game to MEGA.

In the interest of keeping the link alive as well as my MEGA account, I'm going to be giving it out via PMs.

If anyone with a faster upload rate would be willing to make a mirror on another uploader to be posted on the thread itself, that would be great.

Both links are cut, SUI will complete the first and rhc the second

So I guess I'm being stupid about this but adding SUI to the end of the first link doesn't seem to get me the file and I can't figure it out. I've tried a few combinations.
