[Need Help] Anyone know of a good free website hosting?

But, I need something that none of the ones I've tried yet offer.

I need to be able to upload files and manage them properly. I need to be able to create a subfolder in my directory in which I can upload all the files I need to have a certain java applet run properly.

Some of the ones I've tried have let me upload files, but only for redownload or to host pics and movies. It's all been so stupidly userfriendly that I can't do what I want to do. Halp!

"Good" and "Free" rarely go hand to hand, specialy in website hosts.

However out of all the others, I'll probably suggest trying 000, like Bart suggested. Seems to be the least bitchiest to use.
