Randomly fetched it from one of the H-dumpers, it seems to be Nekoken's latest work so far. Basically, it contains tentacles, not much more screenies are required.

Just like the rest of their stuff it isn't really a game but a series of animations to be viewed with some interaction required. I'd post this in the Hentai Movies section but it runs on Flash(Unless someone feels like recording each of them and placing it into a series of vids)
