The game is alive, the dev has been working on the prototype version and the most recent update on their CI-EN appears to link to a prototype version of it. They've switched back to the side-scrolling style, and while I haven't played it myself, it looks like the game is once again rolling.

While I faintly recall the original prototype, its insane to think this game has been in hell for twice as long as monster girl quest paradox part 3

I'm scared of April 1st but then the post is from 30th March... so it's legit?

It's legit in that the dev claims to be working on it.

But after 12 years of "progress" amounting to literally negative progress (remember when they said they had 100 floors finished and were just balance testing? That whole supposedly finished and functional game is gone, they've started over from scratch in a new engine), I can't say I'm particularly optimistic about the chances anything ever comes from this.

Considering its the ...3rd? rework of this game, im impressed its moving at the pace it is, i think this version only started being made this year after he found another dev guy. We'll have to wait and see still though, if it comes closer to completion ill update the main post with whatever comes of it

depending on how you wanna translate it. It features Fia from Hanakanmuri Circle as the protag so I'd go with Fiaful. Store page says there's 4 sprite animations, 6 illustrations (I assume this means full screen pictures), and 3 CG animations.

There's no demo and the store images show a game that looks pretty barebones. I'm hesitant to buy it even at its pretty low price. Has anyone played it yet?

In a momentary lapse of self control, I bought the game. In its current state I don't think it's worth its price, took me all of 40 minutes to beat the game and see everything, even including time to enjoy myself. The game is so small that I still wonder if making a thread for it is necessary. For now I'll just post my review here:

The gameplay is decent enough for how simple a 2 button platformer can be. Making a game that can be played one handed isn't as nifty if there isn't any combat rape occurring though. It's actually decently challenging; there were a couple times where me losing wasn't on purpose just to see the defeat scene. There's a shop to buy things with the points you earn in levels, and there's both upgrades and alt outfits. The outfits are kinda pointless since she's gonna get stripped nude before defeat scenes anyways, so just stick to buying the upgrades as you will need them.

The porn is also decent enough. The sprite animations are about similar in quality to chronosphere, and the fully animated defeat scenes are a step up from that. The illustrated cgs look good, but you never get to see the full picture. The game pans over one illustration, then transitions to another illustration to progress the scene. Even in the gallery you can't see the full picture, which is a bummer. The censorship is on the heavy side, which sucks. Any tentacle doing penetration gets censored from tip to base (as in, all the way off screen). I wonder if a unity uncensor tool could fix that. The sound design isn't as good as I recall it being in hana circle, but that was eons ago and it might be nostalgia giving me that opinion. Now I feel old. The biggest issue is the lack of voices. The scenes, the whole game just feels incomplete without voices. Can't they just pull the voice used for Fia in older projects?

Anyways, I think the price is a little high for such a small game. I try to make a point to buy hentai games that actually get translated into English though. Support the dev if you can.
