Prayer gacha drops only 1* girls, but some of them can be evolved to 3* (do every conversation at the plaza whenever you get a new girl). It's actually fairly common, at least the chance to get them seem to be the same as the other 1*. JP side has 10 of these free 3* prayer girls, 2 for each element. I assume we only between 3 to 5 so far but eventually it'll fill out. These girls are actually great due to the ease of rerolling skills.
the 2* free gacha tickets has a pretty high chance of giving base 3* girls, but even the minimum 2* girls can all be evolved to 3*. Base 3* girls can all be evolved to 4*, with a rare few that can go up to 5*. So between the 5 starting ticket and another 5 from finishing Chapter 1 you should have at least 5+ girls that maxes out anywhere from 3* to 5* assuming you have terrible luck in duplicates (though duplicates for max 5* girl is great, and not bad for 4* girl for additional skill reroll).
Note that currently there are only 3 girls that can hit 5* from what I was told. These are Alexia the queen of autoplay, Eve the queen of dark boost and Fatima the queen of fire boost whose also a huge meat wall (seriously that HP). You might even have them while thinking they're 3* girls, but they're not =3
Another 5 tickets from finishing Ch. 2 should net you some new 3-5* girls too. Although if you already have 1 or 2 of the 5* girls you might consider holding off.
On that note I have a few open friend slots~ Looking for friends with high level 5* girls, L45+ I switch between a L61 Alexia or L58 Eve for leader, or L60 Fatima on request (Eve is better for graveyard, no half damage element for dark)
