Yeah I took a 3 day break cus I got sick and my units are all around the 70s.. even my tatiana is like 65 or something and I haven't used any of my silver keys yet. If they stopped grinding last event like Rawr said and stuck to graveyard or something they could easily be in the 80-90's

Also nah, not really @good equip. I'm getting rare drops but nothing amazing like last event.

Honestly, this event isn't much fun.. its more like a chore.
The amount of effort needed and difficulty vs valor gained seems way off kilter.

Yeah, the amount of valor gained is nothing compared to the last event's point gain.

All the girls you're using that you showed are really weak on defense with low hp except bianca, that's probably why you're struggling. I was able to auto-battle with this team

Yes Priscilla was level 1 and I could still do it, you just need like tanky units with good defense and a back up healer isn't needed but it's nice to have one just incase something goes wrong, I guess. Even though I usually prefer just to pick another eve or water unit for the element boost bonuses.

Edit: What does your team look like after the snake on 10/10 Dave? I'm thinking that's why you're having trouble cus the snake does a lot of damage to 1-2 units and with poison it's even worse.. here is what mine looks like after that so you can get a comparison

I did what I could on defense. All three of my front-liners are using shields from the last event, which are the highest defense armor I have. Cynthia's is admittedly low, though, even with that.

The snake does do a lot of poison damage, but it was pretty managable. My biggest problems were with Meltoria nailing my front line with AoE every turn and just generally not being able to keep my MP pool up with as much HP as the bosses have (which is way more than what the bosses in the last event had. WAY more.)

Generally, major (if not most?) event bosses ignore def so you're gonna need a big hp pool or elemental advantage to reduce dmg.

My biggest problems were with Meltoria nailing my front line with AoE every turn and just generally not being able to keep my MP pool up with as much HP as the bosses have (which is way more than what the bosses in the last event had. WAY more.)

I'm not sure what your leader skills are (I would guess double alena leader?),
but I think you're relying too much on mage units to get you through the dungeon.

I would recommend double yuuri for leader skill and have one mage and one healer(preferably tatianna).
Even if you don't have any lvled water chars to use with your yuuri's leader skills,
I'd probably choose any tanky lightning characters to fill up bianca and your Alena.
If you don't have a decently lvled Yuuri, that's another story lol.

One alena is usually enough because when you aoe a group of mobs in extra rounds,
they most likely won't die in one hit but you can pick them off with your other chars with their high (water if possible)
melee attacks or skills if you like.

Having 2 alena is nice (for mobs) but pretty useless when you run out of mp,
where melee characters are always useful.

What level teams are you guys using for High grade? I don't have too many water units leveled so its kind of hit or miss for me to attempt it.

I actually tried to do High Grade Ex with a Fire team (lvl 60-70)and it wasn't that bad, aside from not going with healer, I managed to make it up to wave 15.

Then I lvled my water team(and my tatianna), got lvl 1 to 54 with (90 + 3 stamina refill) with silver parade and breezed through High Grade Ex, it was a joke.

Double Alena, yes.

As for Yuuri's level, she's in my screenshot above. Closing in on 50. That party is the only one I've leveled, so her and Cynthia are it as leveled water units go.

Regarding water supports, I have a few, but they're all people who quit so they're not high level. I'll... see what I can do.

Bianca wasn't taking as much damage as I thought she would, honestly. I guess because of her high HP pool.

But I completely forgot about the swap. I've never used it. That's a good idea.

This event is such a grind. Only a little over 500 Valor points on Advanced, if the Golden Dragon doesn't show up, and myself needing 150k for the evolution item. That's...just under 300 of these runs, I'm not sure if I can do that.

I'd run Super Hard, but my water team isn't strong enough to reliably clear it. I was leveling my thunder units since I thought the next event would be water-themed. :/

If you can do High Grade Ex, that would probably the "most resonable" one to do. I will probably try Super Hard Ex when my water units are 60+. High Grade is still long as sheep! though.

But yeah, I kinda thought it would be water event but I guess they just meant Tatianna would be useful only XD which she is.

well u could just do up till 15/15 and retire for high grade, it gives 1.2k consistently i think? no gold dragon but faster than betting on getting gold dragon on advanced

Okay, I think I'm just going to look at some short-term rewards coming up in the list and then I'm done with this event.

This is ridiculous. There's no way I'm going to get the girl from the points, much less her evolution items.

My God, is this the same level of point gain the JP version had for this event? How on Earth did they manage? This is impossible without ridiculous amounts of stamina potion spam.

Terrible event.

their version has been out longer so they have more girls open and more time to level them. I think managing level ups should get you to the 105k mark, but you probably do need to run some high grade to get all the way to 150k. I ran high grade to 50k and now I'm going to coast on advanced.

Looking at the JP event notes, the only real difference between ours and theirs is that they got Meltoria at only 30k points instead of 105k.

I'd be willing to grind 30k, but 105k is a big nope.

Wow what a sheep move with nutaku. I'm only hoping they did it because
she will give bonus event point gain in this event. Otherwise, it would suck if she didn't.
One of my friend decided to not bother with the event with how tedious it is to get 105k points.

I noticed this as well.. like wtf. How much of an increase does critical do? I had my game up while I was eating and I saw the crit do like 4k lol I was like wow why, it wasn't even the elemental bonus one. I see why my friend switched his leader to Batbayar now, it makes sense to run one if she's high enough level.

Well some people only want to just have her (and I think you get her first evolution mats before you get her) and the event is pretty harsh for someone who didn't prepare for it,
not to mention the crap loots I've been getting and the lack of Yuuri friend's on my list XD.
