honestly i didn't grind that much , by going on with the main quest , doing lab runs and CQ trying to get the u'll just end up with a decent equipe ( ofc RNG can be a b*tch )the important thing is making +2 weapons , since they get new effects not only more damage ( like hitting 4 cells at the time .. or 2 arracks or even poison )i use the jp wiki with google translate to see what each weapon do at certain upgrades.

Anything can drop from 1-1-1-1
Mage weapon drops in 1-1-1-2
Soldier weapon drops in 1-1-1-3
Cleric weapon drops in 1-1-2-3
Pain drops in 1-2-1-1 or higher
You can also occasionally find a 'clone army' composed of some girls you get as part of the main story line who can drop anything.
Having said all that, if you still have that bread basket I'd recommend doing a couple of runs on the Weapon and Armor recipe event going on right now. You can do Labyrinth any time, and this is a once-a-week thing.
EDIT: Found the table that was posted back on page 42.

I wanted to reach mage aka 1-1-2-2 but I ended VS Rival President Boss

im trying to farm for crescent moon fragment from 3-1 but the drop rate for it is low to say it mild ... i get everything but the damn crescent moon fragment ... im at chapter 5 atm and all the armor for fighter from 3 to 5 use it but i dont get not even 1 most the time ...
is there any place with better drop rate for crescent moon fragment?

I will just mention that any weapon can drop in any of the routes. I was farming mage route and managed to get almost every single other labyrinth weapon before I got mage weapon... Probably only increased rates if the final boss drops the gold chest.

Do they (Gold Chests with Labyrinth Recipes) pop out of any old encounter? The only time I've gotten a gold chest from someone who wasn't a boss so far was the clone army I mentioned before, so I wasn't sure. I got the Halberd off of them while going after the Mage.

Yes gold chests appear off any encounter. I've gotten them on the very first battle before. You can also get multiple gold chests with recipes in one run.
