From what I recall OI isn't a bad game if you aren't a completionist. A 7% catch rate for the rare girl of the first map, and she doesn't show up all the time? Until OI fixes mistakes like that I won't play.

That's the easy part. The hard part, is the legendary Eromon that only show up maybe once every 100+ runs, and you're not even guaranteed that killing them gives you a capture chance at 3-10% for most of them. Each event has a couple news ones too.

I don't think I've ever killed a legendary without having it appear at the end. I afk when I can, though.

I guess I'll see how many tickets I can farm between now and tomorrow. If I get a booster, I'll go for the 600k. If not, then fuck it, not gonna grind OI for two weeks just for a shot at an SR.

So the shards event starts tomorrow? Just noticed the banner with the date on it, didn't expect it to start so soon. And that banner is a massive pain, there should be some way to scroll through it manually.

EDIT: Didn't notice before but 2 rGacha tickets, 10 energy drinks and candy get you a silver button.

So the shards event starts tomorrow? Just noticed the banner with the date on it, didn't expect it to start so soon. And that banner is a massive pain, there should be some way to scroll through it manually.

I assume like all other events the servers go down at 4am EST and come back up at 6am with the event started. But yeah I wish they would ditch the damn scrolling banner and let me cycle through it manually. The only relevant information in the banner ever is how long events have left.

Thought we would have had a longer break though, usually like 4-5. Last event only ended on Tuesday. And yeah, I just want to flick through the banner once to see what's there and then keep it on the event timer, the other banners on their site have it not sure why that one can't.

Oh man, they got us good.

Rather than having a special card as a reward for last event, they just gave a card they planned to put in e gacha.

On the plus side, it's a slayer. On the downside, free players now have a chance of using up their e gacha and getting a card they already have.

Also, even with said card, you get a total of 3 shards per win, since it's base 1 shard + 2 from card.

1600 shards to get all cards, so assuming you only have the one booster, that's a minimum of 534 wins in 4 days.

I'm currently getting 5 shards per win as I pulled the R slayer too, 5 shards a win is about 325~ wins in 4 days.

That is not that bad at all. It does not leave hardly any time at all to get any other rewards though.

Luckily, you don't need the characters in your deck for the multiplier to count. Also, there doesn't seem to be a reason to do anything but the weakest opponents since there's no difference between rank 1 opponents and rank 5 opponents rewards.

Also, if you have extra points you can exchange for Ex Wild Cards for Kurito fodder, since they're worth more than reveals there.

Yeah, this is essentially just a worse Coliseum event. At least the slayers actually do something.

Yeah I advise everyone just beat up on people in tier 5 and 4. You get the same shards no matter what tier they are in. There is 100% zero reason to go past tier 3.

Yeah I'm already up to 100 shards. this event is gonna be over quick.

My E-Gatcha ticket gave me a choice between 3 R I didn't have, none of them were Slayers. I'm stuck with 4 Shards per win.

Opps, I meant we usually have a 4-5days break inbetween events. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly. This event is pretty short though.

Think I'm going to stock up on card reveals if I get the chance. But I could also use Kurito food too, I used up all 30 EX cards I had saved up before.

Depends on which R gacha he got, one gives +2 and the other gives +1.

Yeah this event is short and without the free SR slayer this event would be a gigantic bitch. 1600 shards is not so bad when you get up to 4 per win with the free SR we got and the N slayers.

With only getting 2 per win with no other slayers while needing 1600 shards is pretty fucking crazy for 4 days. a week is more non whale friendly I feel.

My overall opinions on this event thus far, it just feels like an overall less rewarding Coli. As I said just previously without the free SR slayer this event would be next to impossible without paying.

If you break it down you need 800 wins roughly with nothing outside the normal slayer to break 1600 shards. 800 wins in 4 days is quite frankly asking for too much (and physically impossible off natural regen).

Purely with natural regeneration with only the normal slayer you would get 288 shards per day WITHOUT sleeping at all in 4 days time. That adds up to 1152 shards so it's physically impossible to get all 3 cards without paying or using a TON of restores. Please correct me if my math if off, it's 9am and I have not slept.

This requirement is honestly absurd, if this event was a week long I could maybe kinda sorta accept it (it's still a lot of work, more so then even gambit with no slayers) but this is just ludicrous. At least in Coli the only thing gating you is how much effort you put into it. This is the only event so far in Pero where you actually cannot get all the rewards if you don't pay. It's even worse off by the fact they have such good rewards so easily obtainable, 1x card reveal is a paltry 100 shards, if you buy all the slayers you get +10 a win you can rake in a single reveal every 10 wins while people who don't pay might as well have no other rewards as every single shard you get MUST be used for the 3 cards.

I made a joke in the discord chat about this event using the medal system, how did I guess almost correct?
