Maxing christmas dovan doesn't even give you extra MP. I had 847 mana (w/ mp ring) before maxing the job, and 847 after rolling mancha.

It's not just a feel, it's a complete waste. This event gives nothing, nothing, nothing worthwhile.

At least, everyone will be 50 next week ( or maybe this week end)

Grrr..... I am completely out of gold. Do I need all these raincoats of the windgod? Do I even need one? Same with lantern shields and oracles of neptune.....

I can barely keep trade missions going, let alone upgrading anything.


I know this has been asked before but I don't think there was ever an answer, what do the foreign silver coins from trade missions do? Can't figure out how to sell them.... Are they used in an event or something that comes later on?


The only thing useful about this event is that I finally got to 4-6-6 since I don't have to worry about doing event missions. Yay?


Oh yeah, are Ignis and Shan on here? They are both on three days away so..... Unless they left for the holidays early, I'm removing them since I have a bunch of friend requests pending.

You can take cooking ingredients you don't need out of storage and sell them.

As for accessories, I'd keep at least enough to make a full party if needed.

Don't you need pretty much every cooking ingredient for some recipe or another? I'd hate to sell them and then realize that no wait, you actually need the defense recipes for something.... -.-

Considering the cost of most recipes, I won't even use them personally. Especially when I can do trade missions to get food items that are just as good. :p

Example:

And all you need to get this atk food is to do the 16k gold red mission that requires a piece of nostalgic bread.

Do save the ingredients for cookies and tarts though and maybe some for defense. Other than those ingredients I wouldn't be too worried.

I think it was from the mission board, forget which card. Think it was the 2nd.

25 million exp (total) remaining until everyone is 50.

Around 130 runs! I should be done this week end. I'm happy!

I will not have a lot of things to do. Probably farm the 1-1-1 for a lot of shards, and doing the materia daily when I can for stocks.

I just blindly run 4-7-5 to get moff meats to fuel money trades.

Farmin moneys. Almost to 4 mil, im sure It'll be useful at some point.

Everyone isn't 50, but it's pretty close. Only 6 units aren't there and they are ones I don't really care about. I'm pretty meh at the moment until some entertaining event comes up.

I can rarely ever use up all my guardian keys, i'm usually sitting at 4 or 5, and levelups seem to take forever now. About 20 runs, so 10 hours per level after the initial full stamina from leveling up. I suppose I could try to gold crown everything... I'm only at 340 at the moment. But I can't bring myself to care all that much.

This "event" lasts way too long.

Burned 16K shards.

At first, I was like "Ok, let's try to get 1 R per 1K shards".
I was around that until 12K shards remaining.

Then, the droprate started to go up. I had 13R with 8K spent. Then, I continued, maxed Margareth, obviously draw her twice more, but I finished with 30R (+2 margarets and one million nonno/sephira) drawns, so i'm happy. The last 2K shards, got nothing (I was at 28R drawns, so I wanted 30), and the last draw, double R :))

So, my current situation:
Ferris - 11/16
Frezia - 9/16
Laticia -10 /16
Lily - 12/16
Margaret - Max
Nonno - Max
Saya - 8/16
Sephira - Max
Veronica - 13/16
Cattleya - 8/16
Karue - 9/16
Kupika - 10/16
Lune - 9/16
Meifan - 10/16
Souffle - 9/16
Done: 166/240 = 71%

I'm starting to think my free Gacha luck is terrible compared to you guys. I spent about 5-6k shards to see if the new Lily card was in there and only pulled 1 non Sephira/Nonno R.

Aside from Sephira/Nonno, none of my R girls can even unlock their 2nd accessory slot, and most are stuck at 3/16.

Yeah, same. I dunno if I'm doing the game right, but I get roughly 1k shards a day, and I blow them on the freecha. I think I've gotten R classes for the ladies like... once a week? Other than Sephira/Nonno, of course. Yet I frequently see comments along the lines of "only need 32k shards to max out the dudes"?

Ah, well. I like the game well enough

Well, the dudes and the girls are two separated problems.

You can only spend a fixed amount for the guys. With this amount, you will have everyone maxed, no matter how good or how bad your luck is.

However, for the girls, because there is weapons with it, if your luck is bad, you will spend much more shards...

And yes, you have terrible luck. Just from tonight:

It could just be me but I feel like my luck dropped significantly when they boosted sephira and nonno, I still get R girls at a decent rate but it was much better before then, for me anyway.

I'd say 80% of my "chance" summons are now sephira/nonno and it's very annoying. I'll probably just save my shards a bit and hope they take there boosted chances away sooner than later.

Honestly, I hope (maybe for selfish reasons :p) the increased droprate will always be here for the new girls until the next release. You will max the "old" girls, sooner or later.

However, if the new girls don't have increased drop rate, it means you will have to farm them from 0/16 to 16/16 through EVERYONE. It will be a nightmare. And it will be worse and worse.
