I've just been using crispy cookies myself. Sometimes four drops, sometimes five, maybe six one time? Haven't gotten a 1000 drop yet though.
My Laticia's already SSR 3/6, so that's enough for the h-scene, at least. Gonna try to focus on the other girls.

Recommend bangles and mp rings unless you don't have any good weapons for your main team, which in that case get the weapons that they use and 2* them after maxing.
That isn't how it works, your net gain is always the same (mvp or not mvp). The more people that hit it is so everyone gets a gain. When you are the boss spawner you will always get the same amount as long as you do 1-normal attack on it and then retreat, otherwise you won't get the adventurer reward as well.
The boss always spawns every 100-stamina spent so the optimal way to pop them while you get gain would be vh-11 x4 and then do vh-2 1 or 2 times to spawn the boss.

People poking at it is the difference in me getting points for a fight every 100 stamina versus every 200 or 300 or however long it takes people to kill it when they're only doing 50k or less damage per assault.
Same logic for FKG raid bosses. Best way is to just kill everything fast so everyone gets to pop and fight more of them. More points that way.

It sounds to me like your friendlist is very inactive if that is your problem and it takes a long time. I usually get 3-7 people hitting my boss anywhere from 1-5 minutes of it spawning, my bosses never stay alive, it's the exact opposite.
Case in point:
I wish it had a timer because it was dead by the time I posted this message.

Same here, if I have multiple bosses in a list, they others are usually dead before I finish attacking one. And then I feel guilty if I do a lot of damage because the stupid helpers crits repeatedly and I do 120k damage -.-
Random, but I actually was online for all day today and got about 10k blossoms. Is that about what people are getting per day or am I missing something?

If you haven't gotten Shein a maxed two handed weapon, do that first with fire shards. Having a very strong attacker on your team is very very helpful. As for earth ones... Eh, whatever. Those are the best accessories though.

Yes, I average about 10-20k a day as well but my friends list is extremely active so they help with that a lot. It really comes down to how active your friends list is and if they know that every 100-stamina they should go do vh-2 to spawn Izanai.
My current progress is Veronica: 6/6 Ferris 11/12

I'm still not sold on Veronica since unless you have a really high def team her ability doesn't seem terribly useful. Plus, for free players, she has literally no mana (like all the other girls) to use any of her (really mana hungry) abilities.....
I'm just saving blossoms till near the end of the event to see how many I have and who I want to get

It's not the defense thing that makes it amazing, even though that's great. It's the silence for 4 turns and raising all hostility towards her. Here is my stats currently, she is very solid imo. Her equipment is Aguni Knuckles 2*, Aguni Ring and Winged Boots. I'll probably use her in the future as a tank instead of Meifan.
Edit: and if you care more about h-scenes than stats on your girls, I think you need them to be half job to get the new scene.. so for R it would need 8/16... on that note I think certain R's are super boosted in gacha. Karue/Saya/Meifan I already got all 3 over 8/16 but I don't have a single copy of Lune or Souffle yet, kinda weird.

unfortunately for me i have a active friends list just not on my weird hours im up sometimes but im still managing quite a few shards a day round 10k+ average the bug will likely be the thing that carries me to getting most jobs close to max

It's more for having an option of having a super def tank. Veronica is pretty much like the highest defense unit at the moment, so if the enemy is using REALLY strong single target attacks, only your tank's defense will matter anyway.
Plus there's the fact that she can even maxi shell herself if needed, since your buffers will likely be busy spamming brave.

It gives you more stats per copy, MP being one which is great in Ferris' case and some of them give "character ability" instead of "job" so it stay boosted even if you don't use that job, like Frezia's new SR for example.
