New exclusive Margaret item and job, are they any good? I haven't pulled more than 1 copy of Margaret's R job so she's falling behind in usefulness despite having one of my highest attack ratings.

400$+ to max her because same deal as always - only one copy of her is actually given. The character weapons are very nice though and worth it but without having a strong Margaret to back it up... it's kind of pointless.
There is always the chance they can make Margaret the guaranteed SSR in gacha like how they've done with Ferris but that could be a long/short time away, who knows.

Am I the only one who utterly fails to understand nutaku's pricing setup? $400 for maxed margaret? Really? Seems like they would make more money if they made it reasonable and thus a lot more people bought it. Or am I just being crazy here?

Nutaku is always overpriced on there games. The only things I'd buy in x-overd are those rare 1$ packs they sometime give out and MAYBE the weapon packs if they stay as only 10$.
On another note, R Souffle + Lune event versions have been added into the freecha.

Personally, I'd guess it's a mistake and it's supposed to be job. Sorta like how Elio's R MP boost says Character, but it doesn't apply along with straight edge walk.

Wiki says it's job, not character for all the event jobs. So I'm going to assume that's the case unless someone comes with a maxed event job veronica and says that it's not a typo. Saves me 10k blossoms since I wont max Veronica

only two more SR's to complete and the grind hell is finally over, thank god.
I don't think I'll be going for Laticia and I only need 4 more Souffles and 2 more Lunes to be done with the R's.
I realllllly hope next event isn't like this and is a lot less time consuming, I'll just burn out and quit if the events keep this pace up.

Probably not. As good as Sephira is, the 10+1 deal is generally a better value, as the SSR rate isn't that low to begin with. Sephira will also probably be in one of the guaranteed gachas at some point.

They must be desperate to get people to play SenPro, too bad they fucked up the launch campaign and turned away so many customers from it.

So far, I'm not finding it to be that short due to how badly optimized the game is. It takes forever to load, even switching between menus initializes a load screen some of the time. So far I've cleared 2 chapters of the Takeda story and it took a few hours.
I'm not even sure what the daily achievements are yet.

Don't even try to run it in firefox. It's totally unplayable. Chrome seems to work much better but it's still painful.
I've managed to slog through 7 area's so far and it's beginning to get hard. Not sure I can make it through however many stages are left with my pathetic team....
