thank god to my paid AV subscription, but I´m so annoyed that I got some warnings from my antivirus that I thought it would be useful to warn all of you m8s

Its not that bad, but it is the same as any torrent site.

If you want to be very safe, stay away from anything uploaded in the last week. Torrents are somewhat self-vetting in that files with viruses get removed (at least in theory). At the very least, there will be comments warning about malware. Also, files with more seeders are generally better...again because it generally shows that more people trust the file and uploader.

Lastly, false positives are a thing. Depending on what software you use its not uncommon that porn gets flagged as having viruses when its actually just fine.

^This is especially true with h-games since most have a .exe file and some AV programs treat .exe files they don't recognize as viruses.

Generally, when I search on Nyaa I look for torrents with a green background as those generally come from reliable users. It also helps to check to see how many times the torrent has been completed and if it's in the hundreds or thousands it's usually a much safer bet, along with an overall faster download speed as well. White backgrounds also generally tend to be safe but slow and red are sometimes risky (and may not even have a seeder).
 
This is true. My save editors for steam games are .exe and they get flagged as viruses. My cracked premium software like adobe are too.

welcome to the internet.
every torrent site have this problem. just learn how to minimize chance of getting an infected game (like the tips of other people here) and scan every thing u dowload. and of course be aware of false positive.

nyaa is one of the best torrent source for h-game my friend, give it a second chance.
 
Yeah only if you don't know basic torrent site rules lol. Every single torrenting site has a virus somewhere. Always check for fake seeders by checking for the number of actual finished downloads. I've been torrenting ever since I own a pc, and never stumbled upon an actual virus. Only false positives. Also if your AV detects "Malware.gen", then it's highly likely that it's a false positive.
 
In general it is better to buy games than getting them from other sources. But I think nyaa is one of the best source to get h-games without buying them.
Of course there is always a risk for virus and stuff, but I think AV software is not the best way to protect yourself from it. AV software often is a huge security risk by itself and it can make your computer more unsecure.
AV software also often have false positives and don't detect all the malware. So if your AV detects a virus, chances are you already have one which wasn't detected from it.

I myself don't use any AV software but if I start executable files from unknown sources I always started them in a sandboxed system. Sandboxie is good for that, but any virtual machine is good for that. Nothing is failsave and there is always still a risk left, but I generally trust them much more than any AV software.

1> Dont be a retard.
2> Stick to the trusted usernames when it comes to torrent providers.
3> Dont be a retard.

And if you fail these steps you are retarded, in which case refer to rules 1 and 3.
 
This kind of nonsense is a much better way to ensure people under 18 don't play porn games than any "are you 18??" checkbox ever was ;)
