Re: Oddball (Natalie)
Outside, Natalie had a good view of the southern entrance to the town, and it allowed her to see the cause of the panic. There were two bodies in the street, lying prone. One was clutching a snapped sword, the other nothing, the moonlight glinting off of the broken blade. The cause of this, however, was seen walking up the street, not holding anything. This one was wearing armour. Black plates, including a helm, that left no skin exposed, no features to identify them by. They were tall, about 6'2" or so, and were ignoring the small group of screaming women that were fleeing towards the middle of town. As Natalie watched, she saw the figure stop in the street, turning their hidden head around, as if looking for something. They then went to the small house next to the tavern, and kicked down the sturdy door as if it was made of paper, stepping inside. A few seconds later, a brief flash of lilac and green light illuminated the doorway, and then faded once more into darkness.
