Anyone know if it is possible to get to the second heart level in the demo?

Well, for me all the ntr comes from the fact that you have, as male mc, to see the changes of the female character(s) behavior, and as reader, understanding the behind the scene ntr going on.
A good ntr doesn't even need any sex scene cg in the first playthrough. (And a bad ntr is just a fuck fest when you can't feel anything between the characters, basically a simple nukige).
But to each his own, I guess :D

"To H" wasn't bad, only felt a little repetitive.

I did make a mention that it should comes on the 9th or 10th (it's 9th at JP) on page 2 -. -

If it's not up by tomorrow I'll upload it to MEGA. I hope someone does a partial on this. It doesn't seem like a typical oneone1 game. More typical rapey NTR type game. Lots of voice overs.

I'm guessing the 'typical' ONEONE1 will be in the NTR route (or whatever increases her lewdness heart thing)

I decrypted the trial and there's facial expressions that kinda hint 'yes, that old ONEONE1 is still there'
