Wasn't exactly what I was expecting but still, thanks for the link :D

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

This game...
Its soooo bad.....
I cant describe how bad the controls are..
And you think the H makes up for it right?

HELL NO!!
The animation is choppy and sloppy..
For some reason the CGs are already given to you even if you dont unlock them.

I actually had high hopes for this one...

Gad My eyes... >.<

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

The controls aren't bad, the problem is it's far too easy to get hit with the patterns and set up of the enemies. That and not making the up arrow the jump. That's the one annoying control issue I have, the space bar just doesn't feel right when you're already moving with the arrow keys and attacking with the Z and X keys. Shame, because the game itself looks good.

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

Any fighting game without the option to backstep without turning around is just overall bad in terms of controls, the whole turn around -> walk away -> turn back around again -> attack -> repeat is just poor gameplay.

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

does anyone know how to use cheat engine on this game? i can't seem to get it to work:confused:

Neither do I.
There are two processes. When I hook on the first, CE can't find shit. On the other one, locking the value has no effect.

Don't bother, this game sucks and the gallery is unlocked by default.

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

game got alot easier once I found out that you can spend a certain amount of points and use "c" to do fireballs.

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

Hmmm...values seem to be stored in some reverse byte order...i think.

So the health is stored as 250...251....252, with 250 being 5 hearts, 251 being 4, etc... The memory address itself is 00D3AEE0 in Artmoney and I'd imagine other values are the same way.

Props to you for figuring that out! This game engine has had me stumped for a long time. I wonder if it's the same for all games in this engine

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

A jackass attempt by the game creator to prevent cheating!
Great job for figuring it out.
To put it simple, subtract 255 with the value you want to find.

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

If the creator really wants to prevent cheating, he/she wouldn't have included commands to increase points (so you can fire unlimited fireballs) and increase health.

Press [I + U] and [@] respectively for the above.

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

Might as well chime in myself. Only worthwhile part of the game are the CG scenes, which fortunately are unlocked from the start. The game has serious issues with it's control system. you can press the arrow keys and jump, but it doesn't come smooth.

It's like you jump vertically and then the character moves diagonally or something.

Pity, because it looks like it could have been fun.

Re: Good Luck in the Arena! A tomboyish Princess' Lewd Adventure

Has this creator made many other games? I thought this was a very decent first attempt into the realm of side scrolling RoR
