Actaully it still is, but because death penalty had been disable for a few decade, they now just lock up suicide people for life long.

hey so i hope the guy is okay but i would also like to ask how you guys got the full omake? i have been doing everything this forum has said but the girl and bug things, the double bug, the boss, the bug, and the face grabber are all still locked. how do i unlock them?

Navigate to C:\Users\(yournamehere)\AppData\Local\parasite_in_city\gallery.ini and change the file so that it looks like this:
[enemy]
7=1.000000

Hi dot_slave3, not sure what troubles you are having and it seems like a lot of creative people have troubles but don't give up. Your h-game is objectively the best ACT out there.
Can you upload and share your parasite in city 1 sprites?

you can get the sprites from many image sites like e-hentai or danbooru, etc

Probably not, they are most likely arresting people not adhering to age laws or are suspect to real world activities. The USA mainly has laws around age, harm, species. Nothing about zombies.
Nobody has clean sprite rips of PIC.

This seriously pisses me off...
If they keep up restraining people from their freedom, encarcerating them from their own free will and choices taken upon the people's lives and caging creativity like this, shit will surelly hit the fan and real hard!
People have nothing to lose when everything gets taken away and then you know what follows.
It's just amazing the people on political high power still haven't learned this. Hasn't 2 WW been enough to show it? Or maybe they have and are trying to force another one...

Unfortunately, most of the people don't realize it. Some still 'Merica or Jolly Ole England or etc is the best nation on Earth, and others see the change but see it through the radicals and want nothing to do with it, and yet others don't care because they think it is too much work or it will change nothing for them in their lifetime.

I didn't want this to turn into a big political thread, so tying it back.

If people saw in the news that some NSFW artist are going to jail, in most countries, they will assume that it was Cheese Pizza or some other illegal dark web fetish and will not care. They will not see it as censorship because NSFW art, including games, are not seen as Art yet.

If it does, that will change, but I do not see it happening anytime soon in these countries so held back by Puritan/Strong religious beliefs.

Well damn. This sucks. I suppose the best option here is to host your work outside of the country. A US run website might be better.

Latest info are from the last 8 or so pages. Basically, either the developer's country is starting to prosecute people making pornographic materials or the developer is contemplating suicide or both. Regardless, no visible progress has been made in a year. Until we hear from the developer that he's back to working, don't expect an update.

On a semi-related note, if you liked the design of the PiC heroine, you might want to follow

. The heroine of the game he's developing has similar characteristics: blonde, blue eyes, big breasts, and even similar clothing. Though it won't have pixel sprites if that's what you were going for. But at least you can expect it to be released.

Sound fix (hack really) for PiC 103 (data.win md5:0C578AB115F6F99681557D1C648D2951) change offset 0x35DB33 from b9 to b8 in any hex editor. There are different versions floating around, some self unpacking with dummy files, so make sure you're editing correct data.win.

There are quite few more bugs, some of which can be fixed by hex editing (well, only tweaking few scenes being too short really), rest would require recompiling.

Its a great game and a shame for this amount of work to go to waste, author should release the project to PD if he is unable to continue development.

this is actually nice looking forward to it. i hope the animation would be great and the cg too. i hope it has a moving cg too

Man, what a let-down. They're not similar at all. They're female, wearing the same outfit, blonde, have blue eyes, and that's where the similarities end. NobleG's style is very eastern, with stupidly large breasts and a little-girl face (because nothing is hotter than little girls, according to Japan).

I mean despite that they do have obvious similarities, the blonde hair and clothes set up, mostly.

But yeah, I really don't understand Japan's fascination with school-age girls.
