Sorry to raise a thread from the dead (sorta), but I stumbled across this site relating to the Krystal game.

Updates and links to a new version are there. Mainly bug fixes and cleaning up some of the animation at this point but they hope to actually add new content further on down the line.

Not sure if this helps or if anyone already knows but hey, I tried? XD

If it does help then, uh, whoo for my first (incredibly minor) contribution!

EDIT: They've got a forum for ideas and glitches too. Link's on the first site but I thought that may interest some people so here it is.

Kinda reminds me of when the original Linemarvin forum was starting out.

Except there's actual progress there. :/

And apparently it's still not fully done. I'm guessing they're trying to fit the FF and Krystal ones as well as some more into one flash.

You've got lives in the form of clothes and mushrooms. If you die while naked, it sends you back to the title screen, and you have to replay from the start. Try not to.

Sometime after the second checkpoint in the first level, when you're on a bunch of roofs, you can drop down into a hidden area.

Also, just above, off screen, just before the end of the level, are a bunch of coins.

I found 91... missed a couple I guess.

pretty good but at least for the moment getting the bonus scenes doesnt sound worth the hassle.
91 coins 9 goombas, although i think avoiding all of them sounds difficult

It's not that hard to get 100 coins and hit 10 goombas. It's a bit tough to NOT hit 10 goombas, and especially if you're trying to get 100 coins at the same time.

My only problem with it is A) too far zoomed in, and B) there are 'holes' in the ground in both stages, a lot more-so in the castle than outside. I'd go to jump on the next platform in the castle, and about 3/5 of the time I'd fall through what looked like solid ground.

Easy way to get the do not hit any goombas bonus ending;
Just play around with right click options; forward,rewind and play.

Getting 100 coins and 10 goombas isn't too hard either, but you need to really plan your path.

Overall pretty solid game but the jumping and the platforms were really icky.

My PC BSoD'd for aforementioned reasons from the past. I cannot wait until I get a new laptop someday.

He's good at sex scene animations, he's not very good at game design :/

Ahem. I've downloaded both K-fox and Magic Sword and Legend of Krystal. Alas, it would appear that Playshapes has quit making flashes completely.

That is sort of incorrect. By the way, K-fox and the Magic Sword was not created by Playshapes; another user created it. The content (characters, backgrounds/etc) are still Playshapes, but the other user changed it into a platformer (of sorts).
The original Legend of Krystal is Playshapes' production, and afterwards the Legend of Krystal team (Renara, Kalypso/etc) took over to create an edited 0.2 version, and are in the process of creating a fully revamped v0.3.

He states that he is working on a final version of Bowser's Castle. The % completed for each character in the final flash is also shown, currently:
Samus - complete 10%
Navi (blue fairy) - complete: 60%
Tatl (yellow fairy) - complete: 0 %
Pink Fairies - complete: 30%
Zelda - complete 0%
Krystal - complete 0%

So he hasn't stopped making flashes just yet.

Thats good the caslte was a fun game to play just to run around it and see what is going on if that was to happen there.

I can't get the new one to work... it runs, but the controls refuse to respond when it starts. I sit there unable to move and... nothing happens.

Eh you're not missing much, I give it a 4/10, mainly because THE CAMERA IS ZOOMED IN SO DAMN MUCH! Ugh it's like trying to play a mario game where you can only see 3 pixels in front of mario.... On another note I instinctually tried to jump on a goomba and got mad when I was "hit" before I remembered thats what I was trying to do in this game. :eek:
