From the maker of Ouma ga Toki (aka The Witching Hour and its sequel) and Yukiiro*Quest (aka Snow-Swept Quest) comes a new RPG, with similar mechanics to Snow-Swept Quest. Tsuyuta Kome's amazing art is the main draw, as with his prior works.

Gameplay and Controls: Standard RPGMaker controls.
Your MC, Shino, fights her enemies with a mixture of melee, magic, and consumable items. Enemies can grapple her, at which point she starts losing HP per round. You can break grapples with a "struggle" option (that rarely works), with magic, or with items. If you use a spell or item that targets the grappler's weakness, you stun the grappler for multiple rounds. Some grapplers specifically block Shino's mouth, blocking her from spellcasting. So keeping a stock of elemental consumable items is critical.
The grapples come with very nice art, that progresses as Shino loses her HP. (Like in Snow-swept Quest, Shino's clothes tear when she's at low HP and repair when she heals up.) If Shino is cut to 0 HP, she is captured and you get a rape scene. From the trial, it looks like each scene has a part 1 from first defeat and a part 2 from subsequent defeats. You'll come out of a defeat at 1 HP in the monster lair and need to escape to continue your adventure. (You get a little trophy item for every monster lair you escape from, so hmmm.) Edit: To trigger the game over for the first boss you have to lose once, figure out the puzzle to escape his prison (pay attention to the floor, not the walls), and then lose your rematch battle.
I think Shino is supposed to receive a one-time bonus for every enemy types that rapes her, but I'm not sure. Maybe that's represented by the post-escape trophies. She does gain a level from losing to the first boss.
The trial ends with you clearing the first boss and getting the unlimited teleport item. The scene collection shrine can be reached in the trial but can't be accessed. The mine contains an NPC you will give you an unlimited use "immediate cut your HP to 1" item if you agree to his request.
Story: In a world where summoners routinely summon spirits from other worlds as FATE-style Servants, you are Shino, the summoned fox girl contracted with the prodigy summoner Phil. You and Phil hit it off and have been happily living together like a married couple. However, one day a powerful demon named Vivia attacks your home, forcibly severing your contract with Phil and kidnapping him to force him into a contract with herself. After barely escaping Vivia's powerful minion Bogdo (and by barely escaping, I mean emergency teleporting before he can enslave you), you find yourself on another continent. You must find and rescue Phil before Vivia can bend him to her will, while trying to deal with all of the enemies - monsters and humans alike - that are fiending for some fox spirit pussy.
I can't really blame them, Shino is smoking hot.
Shino is not a virgin; getting that out there, since I know that's a dealbreaker for some folks.

Interestingly enough, the maker advises that this is not an NTR work, despite the whole "wife needs to rescue husband and gets her brains fucked out in the process" set-up that's the core of pretty much every female protagonist-led NTR work.
Edit 10/23/25: Added sample images, using a particular trash mob as the sample. Also figured out how to get the Bad End from the first boss. The trial has 6 distinct scenes, and four of those have two parts.
