Reasonably sure, yes, since there isn't much you can fuck up in the installation.
Hell, granted that I downloaded the very game that he linked, with the original shader renamed and the new one named "shader", I don't think there was anything I could possibly fuck up there, period.
I did change the settings on my computer to japanese previously, so I could play "Getting the brave's party" (http://www.ulmf.org/bbs/showthread.php?t=23513), so maybe that has something to do with it.
