[Request] "Return to Chaos"

Looking for a game that I've seen on a site I browse. No idea what the actual name is but in a animated screenshot there was "Return to Chaos" across the top bar, The female character was blonde and named ingrid.. there were mulitple outfits for her including a bee girl one and these strange black orbs with one eye and maggots. animation very similar if not the same to the thread about the Maggot game.

Anyone know what Im talking about and/or have?

Not a real game. Mikituu does this all the time- creates game inspired sprite porn. He's turned one of them into a mini game recently, actually, but that's it. I doubt he'll do the same with this one.
