How anyone can complete a game like this without understanding any of the Japanese text is beyond me...
Still, I managed to find the game over CG in the save file provided. Is there a place to see all the combat animations? Also, how do I use the heart skills in combat? They always seem to be grayed out.

You can refight foes AFAIK for that stuff
As for the Heart skills, they are passive debuffs. After having something happen enough times, it becomes a fetish for the heroine, and repeated use fills the bar faster then the first few times did. The Church can cure these, otherwise you can end up highly corrupted and anything and everything will set her off just about.

I may be dumb but how do you retrieve your clothes, sword and then quit the dungeon after capture?

You should be able to find it in one of the lockers (it will be highlighted), which is usually located not too far from your cell. You can hold Shift to walk around in stealth mode, preventing enemies from attacking you, making finding your equipment pretty easy.

流浪少女レイ would be more like "Wanderer Girl Rey". Not ”exhausted”.
Title transliteration would be "Rurou Shoujo Rei", for those interested.
The sneak function gets kinda ridiculous at times, since you can sneak right in front of an enemy's face without him noticing. He also can't move into you, and neither can you move into him.
Thought it was supposed to be a reduction in detection radius, not outright invisibility.
At least sneaking doesn't work against enemies who have already detected you (when not sneaking).

Life safer. I had no idea where she suddenly got melons from.
edit: mmk, I don't get it. Church didn't cure bust. "Fix body development" only lowers stats.

I found rotor attachment, On last dungeon wait Santa girl use it to you.
It's can't be removed unless use curse cure item even you die or sleep.

Should be the first option when talking to the church sister; it should lead to a submenu where you can choose which condition/state to reverse, including but not limited to breast expansion.

Does any1 know how to get back my stats? After being captured so many times my stats seemed to be permanantly decreased. I tried all of the church's options, but no dice.
Also after the bandit cave (1st teleportation circle outside town), where do I go next? The tentacle dungeon and pirate ship seemed too difficult.

For game progression, you can more-or-less view the difficulty levels of the dungeons via the bounty sheets given to you (it's in the "important items" tab). For bonus convenience, using the bounty sheets allow you to fast teleport to the respective dungeon entrance.
The horsewagon at the town east area (it's cheap - like 10G or so) allows you to access a market with cheaper items than in town, additional accessories (such as the +400% EXP one, and a very powerful +100 to pretty much all stats one), powerful combat-only consumables, and permanent stat boosters.

Those stat losses are 'permanent'. They only happen if you let Rey's Lewd Points go too high (at lower Lewd Points you get stat increases when captured instead).
You can regain those lost stats by taking stat boosters or letting yourself get captured repeatedly again after resetting Rey's Lewd Points at the church (second of the three purification options when speaking to the nun there.)
2nd dungeon is the Lab (2 star difficulty), which is located at the NW side of town. You can take a shortcut there by reading the corresponding bounty list (Wak’ei's List ワクエイのリスト) from the "Precious Items" (大事なもの) section of your inventory.
That particular item (Ultralucky Earrings, Uラッキーピアス) is only sold at the Southern Marketplace. To get there, hitch a coach ride (costs 10G) from the east side of town (talk to the man in front of the bulletin board there). The second shopkeep from the left sells these.
Said shopkeep also sells the Rice Ring (heh, nice way of dropping their name in), which is arguably the most powerful stat-boosting accessory in the game.
The third shopkeep from the left (right next to the aforementioned shopkeep) sells stat boosters (seeds), in case you want to buy any.

Where do you guys look to actually get games these days? I've just been trying to find a copy, but ever since Nyaa went down I just don't know what to trust anymore. Seems like every thread is full of save links but never game links. I found something that might be it on Limetorrents, but my browser started throwing a tantrum about it being unsafe before I could even try to download and scan it. I guess I've just gotten out of the loop, but I swear it used to be easier to find stuff. >_>;
