I have no idea how mainstream the guy is but he's been around forever and is in my opinion, the greatest of all time for tentacle/meatwall fetishes.
He had some pretty large H-manga works way back in the day that pretty much awakened pre-degenerate teenage me.

is still one of the best tentacle H-mangas to date imo.

Was stumbling around his twitter, translating random tweets since I can't read japanese and saw that he's working on an RPGmaker game!
He's already designed custom sprites for the thing so it looks like some decent effort is being put into the project!



Not only is he an extremely experienced and talented H-artist but he's also a very experienced and talented erotic fiction writer.
He's put out a ton of high quality H-mangas and in more recent years, has shifted more towards erotic writing with single-large panel H-art to accompany it.
So I have a lot of faith in him being able to put out an artistic and well written piece here.

This probably all comes across as shilling for the guy but I'm genuinely hyped that one of my favourite H-artists of all time is back in the game and branching to H-games!
Would highly recommend any fans of tentacles and especially fans of tentacle meat walls/cumpits to check out his works and stay tuned on the project!

Oh damn. Radical Dream was probably one of the first H-artists I actually memorized the name of. His art is absolutely amazing. I don't normally follow H-artists on Twitter though, so thanks for the heads-up!
