1. Install/unpack the game ver1.03
2. Unpack the translation files from the patch archive into the game folder
3. Copy all the files from the <Japanese characters>_Data folder to Akumatachi_Data, but without overwriting anything in it
4. Run the game from Akumatachi.exe (it's the same as the original, only renamed)

Yes, it's only for the v1.0.3. The developer mentioned something about planning an official translation, so I decided not to waste time updating it. Some sites like ryuugames already nicked it and applied to the right version so you can pick it there although they took a slightly older patch.
