I've been waiting for a while, but nobody has shared version 1.2.0, so I'll post the patch for the widely shared 1.0.0. That version can freeze on the first dialogue if the system locale is mismatched, but the CurrentCulture setters have been stripped from the core .NET runtime, so it's not very easy to patch out. That's the reason I include a byte-patched mscorlib.dll that always uses the ja-JP locale.
