when i try to run that batch file i get this:xdelta3-system error The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.DLL was not found.Reinstalling the program may fix this problem
and when i try to run as admin i get this in command prompt:xdelta.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file
what to do and can i get a detailed explanation as to how to apply it?does it need a certain file path that i messed up somewhere on the way?
